Pur avendo scelto la proposta piu economica, la camera era super. Elegante e pulitissima. Lo staff cordiale in particolare le receptionist con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare che sono state gentilissime e disponibilissime. Penso proprio che torneremo.

Struttura indubbiamente di livello, forse perfino troppo. L’ho trovata un po’ “fredda” si può fare meglio. In una struttura di questo livello mi sarebbe piaciuto trovare piccole attenzioni come una bottiglia di acqua offerta in camera, oppure un accesso più diretto alla reception che non fosse il passaggio nel bistrot, che era un po’ imbarazzante anche se il personale gentilissimo era super disponibile e attento. Molto bello comunque. Ci tornerei? Non lo so, forse si, ma mi aspettavo qualcosa in più.

Could not find a thing that we were not delighted by at this jewel of a property. Clean and newer in a 1935 building that sat derelict for years. Private terrace with a small hot tub overlooking Portofino. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was vast and plentiful. You have to try the pistachio coronettos!

Lovely hotel in this seaside town. Easy parking. It was a quick one night visit but would definitely stay again. Great boardwalk and restaurants looking at the sea.

Top modern, ansprechende Einrichtung, freundliches Personal, gute Betten, gutes Frühstück. Hatten Standard Doppelzimmer zum Garten raus. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich Meerblick buchen. Interessant ist, dass sich das Hotel nur auf 2 Stockwerken befindet, der Rest sind private Appartements.

Schönes Hotel die Zimmer sind neu. Sonstige Ausstattung neu und hochwertig. Der Raum wurde am zweiten Tag nicht gereinigt als wir um 17 Uhr ins Zimmer kamen. Es wurde auf Nachfrage noch gereinigt. Frühstück normaler interkontinentaler Standard. Pool ist schön.

Impossible to find _ seriously badly indicated where the entrance is and can be found. eventually, after having driven around and on the promenade we were directed to the entrance (had to go round and back into town!) - we found the garage entrance - the entrance to the hotel from underground was NOT indicated- so we ended walking back out of the garage with our luggage to the entrance... the hotel charges all; kibds of extras and does not have it's own beach club - so you go either public or go somewhere else and p - the hotel also charges for the swimming pool towels ("to pay for the wash" we were told, as they do not have their own washing facilities) - also Parking is payable... we were also treated to a concert outside of our room with sea-view on the second floor - extremeley loud techno music in the "garden" one floor down. this was unannounced until late in the day... THis hotel may attract some young dsign lopvers and wannabees sitting around the poll (which is small to say the least) - but not the more travelled and older couples looking for real luxury. a massive disappointment - I wish them good luck - but suggest they change their management style first! not sure what the advantage is of staying in thgis hotel

I remember that unfortunately the navigator of the car had indicated the entrance to the lounge and you entered the pedestrian area with the car. our porter accompanied you to our garage ... but by now you were very agitated and you had a fight in the hall with your husband who instead appreciated the hotel right away. I'm sorry this turbulent start has influenced your judgment of the entire stay. The DJ-Sets that we sometimes offer in the lounge are generally Chilly Out playlists and run until 00.00. The services you have indicated are on payment as in all hotels and is indicated in the email of booking and in the rooms. Anyways we hope to have you back guest in our hotel.

This property was great and I’ll definitely return in the future. A few things would put the stay over the top - for example complimentary water in your room especially with temps so high. Overall the location is perfect, and the staff was great and very accommodating. They answered all questions, booked taxis, dinner reservations and providing any other help needed. After a very hard travel experience due to airports / flights - this hotel was the winner on my trip providing great service and helping to make my holiday better!

Toll renoviertes, stylisches Hotel-Gebäude im Art Deko Style, alles noch schön und neu. Direkt an der Uferpromenade.Für die Anzahl der Zimmer ist der Pool zu klein und es gibt zu wenig Sonnenliegen Steinstrand ohne Service und Sonnenliegen vom Hotel, in der gehobenen Kategorie auch noch für die Badetücher extra zu zahlen geht gar nicht.

Dear Robert, thank you for your feedback. We are very happy that you enjoyed the Grand Hotel Torre Fara and all this helps us to improve ourselves more and more. We would like to point out that the Grand Hotel Torre Fara was inaugurated on 26 March 2022, so it is brand new. Being a historical monument (like the Colosseum in Rome) it was not possible to make a larger pool. The beach in front of the Hotel is free and public. We can not put umbrellas and beach chairs. This was a last minute reservation but a gem of a find. The rooms were modern, clean, and any amenity you could think of was available in the room (except a steamer or iron so they were kind enough to take my shirts and steam them complimentary for me),the hotel is lovely, well located and breakfast is included.. a pleasant surprise for the reasonable price. Parking is a bit steep at $20 per night but the cost of the room makes the entire package a great deal. Front desk is extremely helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel as it is quite upscale and if I'm ever in Chiavari again, I will definitely choose to stay here again. be back.

Brand new hotel that finally offer a true resort in Liguria where the entire staff try to make your stay unique. Rooms are superb and services are great. Plus for Francesco that with his stories made a lovely dinner unique.
