It is advertised as having basic kitchen supplies like pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, ice bucket, and so forth. Well our room had none of these items. When we asked about a couple extra towels or exchanging dirty ones we were told no. Our TV didnt have a remote and the staff couldnt find one. We ended up buying ice at the gas station and coffee at dunkin daily. When we went to complain we heard another person on the phone complaining and they told that person you can just check out and we will refund you for tomorrows stay. So we didnt bother to complain as it was graduation weekend and there were no rooms available at any hotel. Plain and simple its false advertising and a bait and switch. You book thinking you are getting a room in an extended stay with the comforts of kitchenette and you get a room with nothing in it. Only saving grace is lots of places to dine close.
