I'm happy to read Candela was able to provide immediate assistance and more over informed maintenance to assess the room upon your findings. In addition, management has taken the proper steps to further investigate this matter. Please allow 2-3 business to see any pending hold from check-in that was not used to fall off from your account as some banks may be faster than others.
