“Everyone was so friendly and helpful. It was completely booked when we stayed but we still were able to get a great parking spot and got to use the beach umbrellas and chairs and they even had beach toys for my niece to play with! I do wish I had realized that the booking we stayed in was on the 5th floor level right next to the pool and bar area. Noise was not an issue, however, I didn't even open the curtains to the window in the room I was staying in because people could see in - not so much...

Older condo, could use some small updates to window blinds and kitchen appliances. These didn't effect our stay but would be a nice addition to a guest experience. Go and have fun!”

“Spotlessly clean unit, great location. Easy walk to restaurants, stores, & beach but a nice distance apart from the bustle of the main drag. The unit was a little stark with regard to decor but it was large & very comfortable. Odd that the second bedroom had no closet.”

“Great location, just outside of the busy area. Walkable to restaurants, the pier, shops. Unit was clean as was all of the kitchen ware. The unit was on the side of the building, but still had views of the beach from the balcony. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and sand toys were available for you to carry the short walk to the beach. Great stay!”

“Property was as stated. The condo was clean and as described. I had a slight issue with the condo door code, but the property management was quick to fix the issue. In-unit laundry was very convenient. Property was close to many bars, shops, and restaurants, which was nice, so we could walk instead of driving around. Kitchen was well equipped, as promised. King bed was extremely comfortable. Overall stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was great with the beach right across the street and restaurants all around. The condo had plenty room for us. It was good overall, yet it could use some updates/fixes for convenience and aesthetics. More lighting would be nice, along with towel racks and more comfortable furniture in the living room. The kitchen was nice enough and the beds were reasonably comfortable. A few updates would make it even better.”

“The property was newer and the lobby was clean. Our suite was lovely- especially the floor to ceiling sliding doors that offer a lovely view and sunlight! Plenty of chairs, umbrellas and kid toys to bring to the beach, was also a pleasant surprise. ”

“Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk...
