“We came to the Gorge planning to hike the public trails, but this house and setting are so beautiful and unique that we spent most of our time at the house and on the deck. There was a little rain and we drove five minutes to Confluence Cafe and had great coffee and views right on the Columbia River. Super easy, amazingly clean. Highly recommend!”

“My husband and sister and brother-in-law stayed in February to celebrate my birthday. We did some skiing and went to see music at the hall. Had a gathering of friends come for dinner. The kitchen worked great for entertaining the birthday gathering. Plenty of room to spread out and long dining room table. Highly recommend!”

“We were in Portland for our daughter’s wedding. The house and gardens are so beautiful. The hosts are exceptional. Our 7 year-old grandson was enchanted. Very gracious, lovely, thoroughly enjoyable. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you for letting us stay.”

"Ingen städning alls under hela vistelsen, inga nya/rena handdukar (detsamma gällde mina kollegor under samma vistelse). Frukost öppnade inte förrän kl 07.00, dessutom var servicen vid frukosten långsam. "
