“We had a great stay at Zimbali, it's a fantastic place! Can strongly recommend it to anyone who is traveling to Negril. Everyone who works there were so kind and nice. We went on the rasta tour and the cooking show and they were bith amazing experiences. Only thing that could be better is keeping track of the services that you buy while staying there, it's easy to loose track and not remember everything when you are checking out.”

Personalen i resurangen är inte så vänliga med gör väl sitt jobb. Åt endast frukost en gång och då fanns ingen frukt. Finns massor av andra ställen. Obs!!!... “Otäck upplevelse, 4 kackerlackor på 2 dygn, pälsängrar i sängen, ca 15 st som kröp under mig efter jag lagt mig ner. Mögel i kylskåp, lampan inomhus och utomhus funkade inte, bara den på toa och i kök, jätte svaga. Fick 24 myggbett på 2 dygn. Ingen stråle i duschen, men dock fanns varmvatten, till och från. Hundarna hade sin "toa" utanför våran stuga på "ängen" mittemot. Vi skulle bott där i 6 nätter, men gav upp efter 2. Fick ej pengar tillbaka av hotellet.”

“Stayed with my family of 6. Staff was very friendly. We felt safe on the property. Upon check-we we’re given the wrong room. Staff apologized and quickly righted the situation. Stayed in the lower jungle unit. Plenty of space. Not much hot water. Kitchen pretty bare bones. Beach is beautiful. It is more towards the end of 7 mile beach. Can walk for miles on the Sandy beach. A wind storm unfortunately came through during our stay and made a mess of the beach. The staff did there best to clean...

“Our stay was great. I would give this property 10 stars!! Natoya and her family went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. Natoya reached out to me about a week before our stay, and she constantly communicated with me to make sure our needs were met during our stay. The villa was amazing, and is located in a gated community. It was more than enough to accommodate my family of five. We chose the all inclusive option which included meals, and the food was amazing. My kids are still talking...
