“Beautiful apartment with all the amenities you would hope for. Amazing gift basket of brioche, pastries, bread, crackers, jams, honey, coffee and milk. Surrounded by gorgeous pasture and olive groves. Close to Cortona and local grocery store and restaurants. Easy to drive to Arrizo, Perugia and all the beautiful villages around Umbria. Our host Carola was so wonderful and so very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

My back appreciated the wonderful bed and my love of cooking appreciated the larger sized refrigerator, freezer and cooking appliances. But most of all...the view...how can I describe? “Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub über Silvester in Cortona. Die Ferienwohnung war gepflegt, groß und die Lage in der Altstadt super. Cortona ist eine sehr lebendige Kleinstadt und als Ausgangspunkt für Toskana-Urlaube geeignet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und er ist jederzeit bei Fragen erreichbar. Einen Parkplatz für das Auto findet mach außerhalb der Altstadt ganz in der Nähe (5 min zu Fuß entfernt). Nur die Ausleuchtung und das Lampenlicht in der Ferienwohnung sind...

“das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch erwähnenswert. Absolut ruhig und mit herrlichen Aussichten. Das muss man sich allerdings erarbeiten. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich und nichts für schwache Nerven.”

Several things in the house and the surrounding are lft behind and broken.Its better to bring with you all you need in case you won't drive the car too often. The accsess takes time and needs a careful driver Communication with agency was always very prompt. “We stayed at this villa for a month. We had our family of 9 people here for 10 days. The layout with 2 separate apartments was perfect for our group. We had great weather during our stay and so we used the pool (unheated) frequently. The kitchen has all the utensils you will need for cooking, and some spices too.
