“Ballena Paridise is a well designed property. It is a spacious apartment. Property is very clean and well maintained. On arrival I was given a brief orientation and a set of keys and a remote for the gate. Loved the swimming pool and the beach is a couple of minutes walk from property. If you are a fellow journey person you will also appreciate this place.”

“Excellent place for the final stop of our honeymoon. Ideal 200m walk to the beach and 15 minutes drive from Puerto Viejo. Breakfast each morning was authentic and the surroundings were impressive with toucans each morning at breakfast. ”

“This was truly and amazing place to stay! It is more of an oasis than a B&B. The room, property, expansive views, gardens and location were absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed every minute of the 5 days we stayed there. The owners are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to add a personal touch. Amazing homemade breakfast (included) on the veranda was a great start to each day. Highly recommended!!”

“A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.”

“Lovely resort tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy town. You wouldn’t even know it’s there. Need to have coffee makers in the rooms along with access to communal water and ice. For the price, it was expensive.”

“Mysigt hotell med 9 småhus för gästerna mitt i djungeln. Bra utgångsläge mitt emellan Dominical och uvita för utflykter. Behjälplig personal som hjälper till med bokningar av utflykter till bilhyrning. Utmärkt mat i restaurangen. Men något sämre frukostalternativ.”

“We loved Lua Villas, however were a bit dissapointed when we changed room from one Villa to the room ” Amor”, as it was much smaller then described and didn’t really have a porch with hammock as our other villa. But generally this is a magical sanctuary, great surf within 5 minutes and amazing pool and yoga area on the residence. Just remember to book a ATV as it’s quite the distance to Santa Teresa. ”
