Dålig frukost
Utifrån vår vistelse låg hotellet bra till. Frukosten var usel, endast vitt bröd (saknade grovt bröd), torr uppskuren ost. Kaffet under all kritik (byt bönsort till kvalitebönor).

De inte tydligt om någon har varit i rummet efter deras städning, dem flesta hotellen lägger en klister Märke på dörren för att vissa att igen har varit där efter att de har gjort rummen. Nu under covid 19 perioden är det viktigt att veta om allt är rent eller inte

Ingen vidare service, annars helt ok hotell
Försökte leta på hemsidan samt maila hotellet om info gällande transferbussen från Gatwick, men hittade inget varken på hemsida eller i bekräftelsen per och fick inget svar på mitt mail. Trevligt bemötande vid ankomst och rummet var ok, men verkade dock inte anpassat för 2 personer. Endast en badrock samt ett täcke. Ringde receptionen och bad om ett extra täcke, men det fick jag först efter 4 (!!) samtal under 1,5 timme trots att det påstods vara på väg redan andra gången jag ringde. Tråkigt då man anlänt sent på kvällen och bara vill sova så fort som möjligt inför ett tidigt flyg.

OK for a quick stop
On paper there is nothing wrong with it really but in reality it is in need of some refurbing. The carpet felt old, out of date and a bit disgusting. The room was OK except for the bathroom that had a slight smell of mold. The breakfast offers everything one can expect but the quality of it was mediocre. Pale pastries, fruit that didn't taste great and so on.

Utmärkt familjerum
Hade bokat för 2 vuxna o 2 barn, stod säng+bäddsoffa på bokningen men vi fick ett stort rum med två sköna dubbelsängar. Bra motionsanläggning med rejäl pool gjorde barnen jättenöjda, och de vuxna med. En kvarts bilfärd från Gatwick. Enda nackdelen att WiFi kostade även i lobbyn.

Ett fint och seriös hotel
Det var ett fint hotel med bra service , två saker som jag reagerade jag på var att bäddsoffan som vi hade till våra barn var obekvämt och det lät hela natten och att det brukar finnas hygien grejer på alla hotel ,men det fanns inte på våran rum. Det kanske var ett slump.

Nära flygplatsen
Bra hotell nära Gatwick flygplats. Vi anlände sent och detta hotell passade oss perfekt första natten istället för att bege sig in till London. Taxi med fasta priser till hotellet fixas enkelt i ett Taxibås vid taxibilarna och vi behövde vänta max 5 minuter. När vi väl kommer fram till hoteller funkar allt utan problem och de ser även till att fixa en taxi till morgonen efter för vår fortsatta resa. Kan varm rekommendera detta hotell

Fint rum men lyhört...
Rummet vi fick var fint men det var mycket lyhört genom dörren till korridoren. Jag vaknade flera gånger av att andra gäster stängde dörrarna (hårt) i korridoren. Hissarna mellan våningarna var trånga och hissarna till receptionen fanns endast i en del av huset, vi bodde längst bort mot parkeringen och fick gå genom hela hotellet för att komma till hissarna som gick ner till receptionen och restaurangen vid frukost. De har en pool som barnen tyckte var mycket kul att bada i. Parkeringen ingår ej i rumshyran. All-in-all fungerade det helt ok men jag hade förväntat mig lite mer. Smidigt att hotellet ligger så nära flygplatsen vilket väger upp en del för mig.

Fint hotell, toppenservice, trevlig spa area och restaurang. Bussen till flygplatsen kom aldrig, ta en taxi istället! Perfekt att övernatta på innan en lång flight.

Allt f mig var perfekt. Endast - svårt att hitta till busshållplatsen vid ankomst till London o att jag tycker nog att buss kostnaden skulle ingå i hotellpriset. Alla var hjälpsamma, rent o fint. Rummen perfekta, ja allt var bra.

we had an easy check in although it was a trek to the room up to the 5th floor then walk along to another wing and take the floor to another level although it was definately worth it once we arrived in the room. the facilities in the room were lovely couldnt fault them, we were exhausted 1.30am when we checked in. Breakfast was good maybe 7 out of 10 - buffetts are always dificult and it was getting on to the end of service so not much Fresh food being brought out. i coffee machine was out of order, not many clean or clear tables. but not so bad we wouldnt go again. the night staff and day staff on reception were very helpful.

Go somewhere else.
All night there were really loud noises that were very loud and would wake you up. We had to leave early in the morning so I had put my room service tag out so breakfast could be available for the kids while we got ready. It was never collected so we had no breakfast. When we called the front desk to complain they were really dismissive.

Good location to Gatwick. 15min bus ride. The property is quite dated. The rooms are huge which was great. My daughter was sick and the staff were very understanding

Excellent and friendly staff.
The hotel is having some renovations, so quite a long walk to get to out room. There were traces of the builders on the carpet and stairs near the room. Otherwise comfortable room, very good breakfast and excellent staff.

Breakfast could have been a little better. Having my room key still work on returning from breakfast would have been nice. Room was excellnt (club level), a second water and second robe when there is 2 pax would have ticked all boxes

Excellent hotel only thing that let it down was room 250 window broke had traffic noise all night but will stay again excellent staff food and service couldn’t fault it would recommend this hotel to stay in
