Annual Golf Trip
Beautiful condo centrally located less than 10 minutes from 5 great golf courses. The eight of us stayed comfortably!!

Golf trip
We rented the condo for 6 adult men for a golf trip. The listing says it will sleep 12, but at least 4 will have to be children as the room with bunk beds is hard for a grown adult to get in and out of the lower beds. Also, there was a lot of dust under beds and chest of drawers in the downstairs bedrooms.

Christmas in Fairfield Glade
My parents recently moved to Fairfield Glade from California and the entire family decided to go to them for Christmas this year! The location of the condo was perfect, just a short drive to their house. It was plenty big enough for all of us and it was nice to have someplace to come back to after the Christmas festivities. Our favorite part was that the condo was decorated for Christmas, including a tree! It was that extra touch that made it special. We contacted the owners a couple of times with questions (how to work the fireplace and adding extra guests) and it was always a prompt reply back. Thank you for a memorable holiday stay❤️🎄

Spacious easy
Had a great stay to visit my dad. Condo was very roomy and very convenient to my day dads house. Nice view of the lake from the deck and downstairs patio. With the downstairs area having a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and living space, this house would be perfect for two families to share but still have there own space when needed. Everything was exactly as stated and I was very pleased with the stay. Will rent again.

Weekend Get-Away
Great weekend get-away. We had 3 couples which worked out well since there are 3 separate bedrooms with bathrooms for each couple. We grilled steaks and watched the football game. The condo property is across the street from a convenience store which was very convenient. 🙂

Convenient condo.
Our group was six senior adult who were visiting a high school classmate and his wife who live in the Glades. Unit met our needs with beds and baths. The deck is a nice size with seating for six and although we didn’t use the grill someone previously had and looked as though they’d cooked cheeseburgers then neglected to clean it. Parking was not a problem for our pickup and full sized suv. We would stay again.

Great stay!
We needed a place while in town closing on our house. This was perfect. We had to work and the Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. We only needed the main level and had plenty of space but noticed several bedrooms, a mini kitchen, living/dining, and bathroom on the lower level. Everything was exactly as advertised. The hosts are very responsive and kind. Would recommend to our friends and family when they visit.

Perfect accommodations for visiting relatives in Fairfield Glade. So much space for a large group. The downstairs is essentially a second apartment, which our kids loved. Although this is the first unit next to the road, we weren’t disturbed by road noise at all. Everything was tastefully done and comfortable.

Although listed as lakefront property, was not directly on lake. Rental was on very busy road. Loud cars early morning. Accommodations were nice and met our needs. We used condo primarily for sleeping.

Our unit is lakefront and it is an end unit- the road is 30mph and not noisy unless an emergency vehicle goes by. You only have to share one wall with another condo. When you walk out the sliding glass door from the basement the water is 20 yards away. Thank you!

Golf Trip with Hubby
This rental suited us for a quick visit to the Fairfield Glade area to get some relaxing and golf in. The rental was big enough for a large group, but we only used the top floor for the two of us, and it was very comfortable. Amenities were provided such as towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, some spices, lots of kitchen ware. TV channels were good, we were able to get all the NHL playoff games while there! It was enjoyable sitting on the back deck with a view of the lake. We also used the bbq on the deck and that was great to have access to. Hosts were very responsive (immediately paid us back for refilling propane tank). Thanks!

Great stay but it says I’m being charged $75 pet fee- there were no pets nowhere on site ever nor stated to stay? Would like refunded pet fee please. Also I took a picture the downstairs screen door- it was flat on the patio. We did not use that door at all. Thank you

No pet fee was charged- for future guests we provide our cell phones with booking details and cell phone numbers in the unit for anything that needs to be discussed prior or during your stay.

A great week!
The Maxwell’s are the best hosts ever! The property is stocked like it’s your own home….even down to Q-tips, cotton balls, scissors, extra toilet tissue and paper towels. If you happen to have a problem (which is rare), they are Johnny on the spot. Couldn’t give them a higher recommendation!
