“This was such a nice and cozy place to spend the weekend! We took our boat from key largo and docked up next to the houseboat and it was just amazing! I live how you can order food delivered to your door! It had tons of privacy and if your wondering no it does not move a lot at night! The solid pannel powered everything at night and we slept very peaceful! The sunsets from this house boat are 2nd to none would stay here again in the future!”

“I stayed 2 nights in the Reef Dreamer and my partner and I immediately thought the place was adorable, the first thing we smiled about was the cold a/c blasting through the boat. Although we didn’t really use the toilet inside the boat due to showers and bathrooms being very close, it definitely worked and was useful for emergencies. The bathroom does smell a bit like well water but nothing too bad. Both TV’s worked perfectly. Our last night was quite windy and the boat was rocking back and...

They made sure we had safe conditions for boating and provisions that went way beyond our expectations. Meals were fantastic and picking our locations for anchoring or mooring perfect. One tip is that the information provided for excursions did not meet the time frame for the boat we were put on. “The property and townhouse were all very nice. If your wanting to go to Key West multiple times during the week, this location is a quick 21 miles. Townhouse was very accommodating for two couples. Pool and tiki patio areas were all clean, plenty of seating, and quiet. Only con would be bicycles need attention due to flat tires. We would book this property in the future.”
