Everyone was very friendly and welcoming however, they were not accommodating about having coffee available earlier in the morning. Their breakfast starts at 6:30/7am and we asked if they could have coffee for us at 6 am and they couldn't accommodate it. They did not have hair dryers available either. Check in is at 12pm and our room was not available until about 12:30, they were aware we needed to check in asap because we had a tour scheduled and we had to ask them at 12:20 again about our room, even though we were in their waiting area. The location is nice and walkable.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much! First of all, its conveniently located, walkable distance from so many touristic spots. The stuff was just lovely, incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer any question and to help and even suggest where to go, always there at the front desk at every hour, always smiling :) The breakfast was deliciously simple and fulfilling. The only problem for me was the shower - the water kept changing from hot to cold and the other way around. Which wasnt really bad, just didnt make one wish to prolong the shower ;) All in all, I'll absolutely stay there again

The hotel has good security and was walking distance into the historic area of Cusco The rooms were large and the beds comfortable although I did find mine cold at night. Staff were very helpful and friendly which is always a good thing when travelling to a country where there is a language barrier.

This property suited our needs. Nice hotel with lift and breakfast. The negative was no fridge or aircon. Reasonable size room. The hidden bonus were the reception staff. Very very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place.

Wir können nicht was bemängeln, alles ok! Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Das Hotel befindet sich circa 15 Gehminuten von Plaza de Armas. Preis/Leistung für diese Kategorie, sehr gut!

Clean and safe. Staff was efficient and friendly. Free breakfast had a variety of options. They offer airport transportation for a affordable fee. Close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Es un hotel sencillo, pero limpio y comodo. Muy cerca del centro historico, que se puede hacer caminando. Ofrecen el servicio al aeropuerto, lo cual es muy conveniente. Ademas, no es muy caro. Volvere a este hotel en mi proxima visita a Cusco.

Friendly, helpful staff. This is a simple, modestly priced, very clean & well-maintained small hotel about 25 min walk from the tourist bustle of Cisco’s historical center. Buffet breakfast next to hotel garden & excellent dinner restaurant a block away. I stayed here because I wanted a sense of Cusceño street life away from the tourists. No glorious view from the room—it’s a pretty quiet working street—but an excellent stay.

They treated my Peruvian fiancé like she was a prostitute. The room was very small and cramped, no window or view. I was very disappointed in the whole experience. I would definitely recommend choosing another place to stay.

Your comment is false and hateful information.Every guest has to register by Peruvian regulations, in addition, your reservation was only for 01 guest, it did not include your companion.

We had 2 stays of 5 nights at the illas inn. The checkin was extremely smooth, everything was ready at arrival at noon. We were expected and we felt welcome. The hotel staff were friendly and the service was excellent. We received tons of help from the hotel manager Jose. Hotel is just a few steps away from the Wanqac railway station , and the other railway station San Pandro is not far either. We had to use both train stations and so the location of the hotel meant a lot to us. We received tons of assistance and advice from Jose. We had questions in booking tickets, finding good restaurants, and even renting cars, as we spoke no Spanish, without the help of the hotel, our visit to Cusco would have been stressful. We are immensely grateful to the help hotel provided us. The hotel is small but very quiet, nice and cozy.

The hotel is located close to the touristic attractions, restaurants and local markets. It is very well maintained and it has a beautiful garden and a very nice lobby. The room and washroom were clean and had the standard of a 5 star hotel. Jose, the manager provided us with so many useful information. We recommend this hotel to all travelers that value a quality service.

It was an incredible experience during my stay at Illas Inn. The host went above and beyond, being considerate and making arrangements to ensure I had everything I needed. The location was also great - 10 minutes walk to Cusco Square and literally 2 minutes walk to the PeruRail station. Thank you for providing such an incredible experience.

We wanted to thank all the staff from Illas Inn for all they did for us during our stay, we had an awesome experience, and the breakfast every morning was so good. Also, the room was kept in top shape daily, we could walk to the Mercado and stores easily. Just a few minutes from Plaza de Armas and all the great restaurants, can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Hotel with Excellent Service!
This beautiful hotel was very comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! They have a gorgeous patio area in the back to see the mountains and city. It’s walking distance from the city center with lots of local restaurants very close by. I would recommend this place to everyone! I had an excellent experience!!

It was exceptionally personable thanks to Boris, the owner and everything else. He went the extra mile to help me arrange a taxi, store my bag, and visited with me. The place was charming, the breakfast was great, the garden is cute. The only thing I would pass on is to let the water run before it gets hot. It's off the beaten track from the main tourist area which was good for me. Would highly recommend.

4 night stay. Everything was perfect! Great location - only 3 minute walk to Peru Rail station if taking train to Machu Picchu; 15 minute walk to city center; very clean! The best was Boris and his amazing staff - made my stay comfortable, made suggestions of places to see, organized taxi's for me, etc. Great buffet breakfast with variety of options! Though the location was satisfactory, it was a bit of a walk from the main square. Moreover, the rooms were very very tiny. I guess you get what you pay for. The morning breakfast was small and only served over 2 hours.
