I do want to apologize that your stay was unpleasant due to the challenges you encountered with the door not working and we ran out of extra towels. We had a huge group in house for a cheerleading event and every single room that night requested extra towels exceeding our supply. To snowball, the dirty towels were not turned into us as most guests kept the old ones preventing us from have a proper amount of clean towels in rotation. This is not what we want from any of our guests and as the General Manager of the hotel, I take full responsibility as I will address these concerns with our team to ensure they are corrected and don’t happen in the future. Although we are not a perfect hotel, we do strive for perfect practices to ensure the guest experiences is the best that it can be. We don’t want to lose your business over this and wish to invite you back in the near future with assurances your next visit with us will be much more enjoyable, guaranteed. To clarify, when you called Friday at 4:00PM our only front office associate was busy with heavy check ins. We apologize that she couldn't give you her immediate attention as we sold out that Friday and everyone was checking in. We do understand your frustration and we do also offer when you call an option to reach out to central reservations and Hilton directly that is not at the hotel level for services as well. We assure you our team member didn't forget about you when you called and she asked to place you on hold while she was assisting other guests that were in front of her.
