Es ist jedoch enttäuschend, dass Sie über das Personal sprechen würden, das jede Ihre Anfrage bezüglich des Frühstücks ablehnte, das über unsere üblichen Unterkünfte hinausging, wie gefiltertes und in Flaschen abgefülltes Wasser für Ihren Tee jeden Morgen, zusätzliche Milch, eine saubere Keramiktasse anstelle unserer einmaligen Tassen, die alle Frühstücksartikel beiseite legten, die zuckerfrei waren. und die Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen, die über unseren 3-Tage-Zimmerservice-Standard hinausgehen.Wir hatten auf jeden Fall das Gefühl, dass wir alles getan haben, um es Ihnen und Ihrem Gast hier bequem zu machen, und vor allem zu einer Zeit, in der wir eine große landesweite Veranstaltung mit einem vollen Hotel hatten. Wir hoffen, dass Sie uns in Zukunft wieder ausprobieren werden, und danken Ihnen für Ihr Feedback.
