“I went with siblings we were all provided rooms on one floor. It was spacious for our needs. Good amenities in the room. I have curly hair and there was a diffuser!!!!. Each room has its own balcony and all the seats and bed was super comfortable. My only minor criticism was that the shower takes a little while to heat up as it’s split power and the tank is at the top of the roof. ”

“Our stay at this property was very relaxing. Accommodations were comfortable. Seaside view. Our host/landlord was very accommodating and patient. He was ready to answer any and all of our questions.”

“Bonjour , Je recommande cet appartement car il correspond parfaitement a l'annonce ,dans une residence tres calme, il est propre , spacieux et tout est fonctionnel (nous étions 2 adultes et 3 enfants), bien situé a seulement 10 mn de l'aéroport et la plage tout prêt... vraiment top!! le propriétaire (Christophe) est vraiment très gentil et tres serviable, il est a votre service en cas de besoin et tres réactif. N'hesitez pas et réservé chez lui sans hésiter c'est vraiment une bonne personne...

“Great place”

“The property was very spacious. Three double bedrooms with two bathrooms. Very modern, quiet and comfortable. It has everything you need. Very friendly staff. If you do not have a car you can walk to town approx it took 25 mins or you could get a taxi or if you have a car just drive.”

“Villa was perfect for us. Nice and quiet with views across open countryside. We did some star gazing and saw some fantastic migratory birds passing through. Location ideal for visiting Kiti and Larnaca, and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have recommended the villa to friends and family.”

Malheureusement nous y sommes allé à une mauvaise période (semaine entre Noël et jour de l'An) et tout était fermé y compris le seul bar-restaurant du complexe... et pareil dans toute l'ile... dans l'hotel il devait y avoir au maximum 3 apparts accupés... Je pense que cela doit être plus vivant et sympa en été...”

“Fint läge i gamla staden och nära stranden. Trevlig städpersonal.Hotellet saknar reception. All kontakt sker med receptionen på hotell Opera. Hotell Opera saknar hiss och receptionen nås endast via en LÅNG trappa. Svårt för gamla och handikappade. Hotell Operetta har dock hiss. ”

“This a great villa with the beach literally a stones throw away. It's very spacious (we were a party of 7) inside and out. There are some parts of the villa that need some repairs when we were there (around the pool). There is not much around the villa but there is a restaurant within walking distance. We hired a car an explored the local area and drove to Ayia Napa. Larnaca itself is very nice with lots of bars and restaurants. This is one of the best we've stayed. I would recommend it.”

“So clean, super close to the airport too and the town centre, perfect for our last night prior to our flight. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming ”

“The room is nice but lacking in some amenities (pan for cooking, salt/pepper, etc.) and the bed is very uncomfortable. Pillows too, you’re only provided with one per person and they aren’t nice or comfortable. Sleeping was hard because of this. The noise in adjacent rooms is also a little problematic. Decent stay overall”

“Przestronna willa w małej miejscowości 10 km od lotniska w Larnace. Okolica bardzo spokojna, blisko łąk i pól, samochód jest koniecznością. Miejsca jest wystarczjąco dla 8 dorosłych osób. Dom nie jest nowy i czasy świetności ma już za sobą, jednak jest czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Basen nieduży, ale czysty i zadbany. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z obsługą, czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani - doświadczyliśmy niemiłej sytuacji w związku z awarią pompy wody, jednak szybko i sprawnie zostałą ona usunięta....

“The apartments are generally cool. However, there were 3 strange facts. The first after booking and paying for the apartment the owner contacts us and says that they are occupied and will exchange them for others there. We were scared. The second - the owner of the apartment offered us a lower price than we paid. We were scared again. Third, we didn’t find how to contact the homeway service itself to resolve questions and clarify information.”
