It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. “We spent 2 days at the garden pod. There are 3 of us - mum, dad and a teenager. We visited Swaffham for its attractions and sights as well as using it as a base to travel further around Norfolk - Wells, Thetford, Hunstanton. The hosts looked after us really well.”

“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate...

“Overall the property was clean and tidy however the bathroom anti slip mat should be replaced and there is a smell of mustiness that we thought would go after the first day but didn't. Apart from that the place is nicely presented.The host gave accurate details of how to find the property which was very helpful.”

“This property was ideal for 18 family members and 2 small dogs. The weather wasn’t brilliant but the games room, books etc in the accommodation was ideal along with a few items we supplied. I think better photos are required as the current ones do not reflect the property, it is much better than presented. Due to the school holidays and bank holiday, parking was a nightmare for the additional vehicles. Some elements are getting tired but I think this is reflected in the rate. More than adequate...
