"The hotel was really nice so do not get fooled by the rough exterior of the building! Everything was clean and tidy. Elevators were fast (this can be an issue at other places and really annoying.) What really stood out was the staff. They were really friendly and were attentive and took notice to what was happening around me. They always had exciting follow-up questions. It was just great having a conversation with the people at the reception. Next visit to eindhoven will be in 1st or 2nd week of april and i already know what hotell i will be staying at. Many thanks to all of the staff that keep this place going :)"

"Läget var bra men tyvärr var det mycket varierande komfort på rummen, pool och bastu var avstängda för renovering och det var mycket renoveringar av rummen på olika våningar. Dom började tidigt och slutade sent. Skicket var allmänt slitet men personalen var trevlig och frukosten var bra."
