“For some of us, this was our second time staying at the villa. We loved it some much we brought a bigger group on this trip. In a group of ten we all felt comfortable, with many nooks along the property, there’s plenty of space for alone time and group activities. Most used were the beautiful infinity pool and patio area. “The property is beautiful, very clean and the staff are awesome! We wanted to brin Chevy, Shelly and Chef home with us! One love! My granddaughter wanted to stay forever. She made sand castles on the beach and lived in the pool. Marco kept the grounds very clean and the pool. The owner was so easy to communicate with and always responded to ALL my questions promptly. “Cook and staff are fabulous. House is a bit more dated than pictures indicate, but well maintained and excellent location in a quiet bay. Local activities are worth checking out. Our group is quite seasoned in our travels, and our trip to Sun Kissed was over Super Bowl weekend. There were challenges with the house internet, but staff made accommodations to make sure we saw the game and were well fed. A great time was had by all in for our group of ten!”

“Don't know where to begin..... Communication with Evelin Kalteis (owner) prior to arrival was excellent, everything was as explained. Dwayne and T'man met us on arrival at airport, and were within earshot or a txt message all week. Pappa D, was a fantastic host who even invited us to sit in on his radio show. “We stayed here from Dec 29-Jan. 4 because we had a friend getting married 25 minutes away in Ocho Rios. The owner and property manager were both VERY responsive when we reached out with questions about the property.
