“The hotels first impression was overall good. It have good atmosphere and an excellent service from the staff. The view and the interior feel very high class. “Staff at hotel is very welcoming and friendly. From the security opening the door and greeting, to the desk staff being friendly and welcoming and the bell boy as well, respectful and friendly. The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight. The hotel's phone number provided by expedia did not work, it took some work to find their phone number. The room has wifi, it's clean. Standard western...

“Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. ”

“As someone who stays at hotels frequently I must admit this hotel is a gem of a hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent the food was superb my children loved it for the price I’ve paid I believe I’ve got a bargain. As a single father of two young children I’m always on the lookout for safety and I must say this place is very secured. Our overall experience was splendid thanks to the staff at the hotel. ”

“You get what you pay for. In my case I paid for the location very close to the location of my business meeting. The place is more a guest house than hotel. I might stay there again, but not only because of the location relative my business. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. If you are used to western type breakfast then ther is a Caffee next doors that might be worth visiting.
