“Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations, but Sea Dog cottage accomplished this! A beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage with all the comforts of home, it’s the outdoor space that’s the star here. There is a covered deck with dining table as well as Adirondack chairs, which was great for the rainy days. A few steps down a path and one discovers the most perfect seating area overlooking the water, complete with fire pit and hot tub. Could not ask for a more relaxing vacation spot....

“We had a wonderful time being hosted by Shannon at the Heather Cottage. Tucked away in a quiet location right on a wetland, it’s a great escape from the day to day. The cottage is cute and cozy, with everything you need for your getaway. We loved the fresh farm eggs, and the ambience. “We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The house was spotlessly clean, Eric went the house before we got there turned on the heat so it was warm and cozy on our arrival. Checked in to make sure we had arrived safely and liked the place. The house had everything we needed and everything was in working order. The bed was so comfy. A suggestion for future guests, bring a pair of binoculars as the little island directly across from the deck has an active eagles nest, seals in the waters surrounding and if...

“The location is ideal close to lots of different places great waking trail on the ocean front. Service was great a personal touch all the way. Could use some ventilation to control humidity. But was very nice. ”

“The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.”
