“This is a great location. It’s a walk-in basement just off walking paths in a new sub division. Very clean and has two bedrooms. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything.”

“Place was clean and well maintained. Beds in all rooms were very comfortable. Good place to stay if your just looking for a place to sleep. Kitchen was too small and inadequately stocked with cooking supplies for any food prep. Bathroom is small but adequate. Only had three towels and we had had five adults booked in. Arrival instructions were very confusing.”

“The property was in a great location. Quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to The Forks area and local running/walking trails. There were five of us with devices and we had no issues with all of us being on the internet at the same time. The upstairs tenant was also very quiet. The curtains in the bedrooms and bathroom were pretty thin so it made sleeping past sunrise difficult and we hung an extra towel over the curtain rod in the bathroom for additional privacy. “Rental is as advertised. If you want to be close to the action for jets games or concerts, this is the one. Great for 2 couples staying, as there are 2 bathrooms to offer some extra privacy. Some general aaesthetic maintenance needed in the space but nothing affecting our stay.”
