“The Hotel is a bit dated and needs a refreshing. All the lights on the way to our room were off and most disappointing, the pool was closed due to an outage. This can happen of course, but any kind of compensating this, was refused. We would have expected any sign to adjust the loss of using the pool area. It is that that reception was not willing to do so. As a consequence we did not use the restaurant on our second day. This behavior is not a 4 star hotel behavior. That's a pity.”
