“The view overlooking Drake Bay is amazing. The house was clean and well furnished. Air conditioners work great. Lots of foliage between the home and the beach so I got some good bird photos from the yard, even a couple hummingbirds. Jose was our contact person and met us at the home on arrival, he was easy to contact with using Whatsapp and even helped us book a night tour in Drake Bay (highly recommended). Restaurants and stores all within a couple minute walk. The pickup points for Corcovado...

“Tres bel endroit, personnel attentionné et très gentil, le barman et manager Mario est toujours disponible pour repondre aux questions et organiser des tours. À quelques pas de ma plage, la nourriture est excellente, que ce soit au dejeuner au diner ou au souper. Seul petit bémol, il n’y a pas d’air climatisée dans les chambres donc un peu chaud mais il y avait tout de meme un ventilateur. ”

“Wonderful property. Staff picked us up at the beach after our wet landing boat ride from Sierpe. Room #11 was perfect for an couple with an lovely patio including a hammock overlooking the river and ocean. Breakfast included with lunch and dining to purchase, all food options were very beautiful presentation, delicious and reasonably priced. Property is well kept with beautiful landscape and steps to the beach. A mile w allow into town took 30minutes or front desk can call a local taxi for $10....

“Lots of wildlife (capuchin monkeys and toucan for us), good diving operation, good food, and attentive staff. Too humid for me and not much to do beyond lodge offered activities, but just a nice place to relax. Difficult access (fly into Drake Bat airport and then car and boat to reach the lodge).”

“We had an amazing time at the tent camp.From the second we arrived to the day we left Fernando and his staff treated us like royalty,better than a 5 star resort. The food was amazing.Fresh, local cuisine and the portions were large.Dont trust the weather forecast on the internet as we expected rain and thunderstorm's every day but it was beautiful every day until at least 3pm then passing showers a couple of the days.The facility's are clean and kept up.There are miles of good hiking trails at...

“This is a backpackers hostel so the facilities are basic. It is situated outside Drake Bay but there are bicycles available for guests to use or, alternatively, the manager can arrange for a taxi to take you to local destinations. He is also happy to arrange guided tours in the area. The garden around the hostel is fantastic for wildlife and there are local shops and cafes to get food.”
