Vi har bott här flera gånger. Gångavstånd till Mall och ännu närmre till tunnelbanan så bra läge. Serviceminded personal, bra städning av stora rum.

Serviceminded personal alltid med ett leende. Bra läge intill tunnelbanestation och mall. Fråga efter rum som inte är mot byggarbetsplats. Bra ljudisolerat men lite stökigt ändå.

Rummen var fräscha och moderna,poolen var fin och polområdet var fräscht.Frukosten var ej imponerande men ok.Läget på hotellet är bra! Det som drar ned betyget är att utflyktsplaneraren ringde oss på morgonen och väckte oss flera gånger och ville sälja utflykter! hon hade noll förståelse att vi ville sova!!

Great stay
Stayed at Al Khoory for 30 days total and had a great experience. The rooms are spacious and clean and me and my wife could really relax. A good value for your money. The location is very good, with a short walk to the metro or the Emirates mall. Lots of restaurants in the area with great food and great prices. 10 minute taxi ride to the Marina. The gym is very good and the rooftop pool is a nice. The best part of our stay was the staff and the great service. The reception staff was very helpful and accommodating, always with a smile. The housekeeping staff, Mabu and Frank, are super friendly, very professional and made our stay a true joy by always keeping the apartment clean and well stocked.

Super hotell
Var nere i Dubai med mina barnbarn. Hotellet är så bra älskar det , har varit där tidigare och därför så bokar jag numera in mig jämt där. Det är gångavstånd till Mall of Emirates (MoE) nära till Marina och nära till stranden. Dom är jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma på hotellet och det är väldigt rent, nya lakan varje dag, sköna sängar bra mat och poolen jätte fin med barn avdelning i.

Very nice hotel!
We stayed one week. Very nice hotel, clean big rooms, plenty of space, dishwasher (!!), very friendly staff, great distance from Mall of Emirates (5 min walk) and subway station (3 minute walk). Very good value for a not to expencive price. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Good family hotel!
The hotel is located close to several city attractions, shopping, beaches etc. The hotel has a good standard, spacious, comfortable beds and bathrooms. The kitchen equipment was not too good, noisy fridge, small stove, and no dishwasher. The living room was comfortable and well equipped. The roof top pool is very good and has plenty of shade from big textile covers over the pool. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel. Well worth 3 stars!

Mycket trevlig personal, fin hotellpool på taket, rent och bra standard, stor lägenhet med tre sovrum, två badrum + extra toalett, stort vardagsrum med matplats, kök med all utrustning, tvättmaskin. All disk togd om hand av personalen. Nära metro, nära mataffärer, 10 min promenad till Mall of Emirates. Fick på plats betala för extrasäng då vi var sju personer, trots att bokningen gjorts för sju personer.

Room needed bit of update but other than that it was good. I booked 2 bedroom suite, laundry in the suite was life saver and we had a full kitchen, huge balcony. The suite itself was very large, good furniture, just the cabinets needed new paint.

Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!

One bedroom apartment was clean and spacious with a comfortable king size bed and good quality linen. Shower temperature and flow was also good. All staff were courteous and welcoming, in particular Ganesh and Hardip, who always welcomed guests with a smile. My thanks to Hardip for our flexible checkout. The lovely housekeeping lady on the second floor was very thorough her work. Kitchen was a decent size but lacked some basic utensils. There was only one table knife, no cutting knife or drinking glasses. Most of these things were provided on our request, including some soft pillows. A check list of minimum items for kitchen would help housing keeping staff to ensure nothing was missing. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

In principe voldoet het aan je verwachtingen. Hotel is netjes/kamers lekker ruim. Je zit op loop loopafstand van de Mall of the Emirates, metro op loopafstand en taxi's volop beschikbaar. Wij hadden een eigen auto en die konden we veilig parkeren onder het gebouw. Ondanks alle pluspunten is het mijn inziens geen 4 sterrenhotel. Dat neemt niet weg dat de voorzieningen oke zijn. Let op naast de receptie wordt er door een touroperator diverse activiteiten aangeboden. Wij hebben "Dune Bashing" geboekt en het was zeer slecht uitgevoerd. Ik heb daarna niets meer bij ze geboekt maar activiteiten online afgewikkeld. Dat vond ik wel jammer... Blijf je in Dubai centraal kun je trouwens beter geen auto huren. Metro/taxi is perfect geregeld. Wegen zijn druk en boetes zijn extreem hoog!

Excellent 6 day family stay
Hotel was clean and accessible to the metro station. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Services were prompt and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The tourism desk was very helpful- Mr. Naveed arranged discounts for attractions. Desert safari arranged by him was excellent - our guide Umar was exceptional and courteous;

We enjoyed staying in Al Khoory Apartment. A lot of space in the appartement, 3 rooms, 3 washrooms. We want to thank Riyas for his work. He is very polite and hardworking. We appreciate the help of front desk. Thank you all. Is you want to book some excursions or activities don’t hesitate to talk to the guy in charge near of front desk. He has a lot of options and discounts too. For sure we will back here and highly recommend to book this hotel that is near of Mall of Emirats (that is great ) Angela

Booked via Expedia for 5 people. When we got to hotel they said we had only 4 beds and that we would need to pay extra for 5th bed. This was wrong as we had paid and they clearly knew, for 5 people and should have made arrangements (including extra bed as part of the room).
