Kanonbra hotell med excellent service
Excellent service i ett mycket bra hotell Vi trivdes mycket bra på alla vis Frukosten var perfekt, rummet mycket bra men något lyhört, De ordnade ett annat rum som låg in mot poolen bara för att de ville vi skulle trivas! Tack speciellt till servitören Zidane som verkligen tog hand om oss! Kanonbra och gör en glad och vi kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!

Gör dig själv en tjänst och boka the Oberoi!
OMG! Ett av de absolut bästa hotell jag någonsin bott på. Servicen är i toppklass, personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam och man får känslan av att de är genuint intresserade av att ge dig som gäst en riktigt bra upplevelse. Hotellet ligger lite tråkigt till med många nybyggnationer på gång runt om, men på gångavstånd finns flera restauranger, och bara en kort taxiresa bort finns Dubai Mall och Burj al Kalifa som man faktiskt har utsikt över från hotellet. Rummen är stora och väldigt fräscha, likaså badrummet som hade både dusch och fristående badkar. I anslutning till badrummet fanns en walk in closet. Hotellet har en "kuddmeny" ifall de kuddar som redan finns där, inte passar av någon anledning. Det finns även en Nespresso-maskin på rummet :) Poolområdet är litet men fullt tillräckligt och det finns både dusch och omklädningsrum i direkt anslutning till området. Servicen man får vid poolen är fantastisk! De kommer förbi med isglass, kallt vatten, solkräm och kylda handdukar med jämna mellanrum, och allt är inclusive! Otroligt serviceminded personal som alltid har ett leende och ett skämt tillhands :) Högsta betyg! Frukosten är helt fantastisk - här finns allt från bröd, yoghurt och frukt till sushi, indiska specialiteter, ostar och en kock som lagar din omelett. Förutom det finns det även olika sorters pannkakor, våfflor, juice och annat som de gör på beställning. Prova hallonpannkakan och waffles on a stick! Boka the Oberoi - bara gör det! :)

The hotel is good as any Oberoi hotel should be. The nicest feature (apart from being a newly built 5 star hotel) was that it has large rooms. The area is not great as there is not much to do around within walking distance.

Fantastiskt!
Har aldrig varit med om ett liknande hotell vad gäller service, lyx och gästvänlighet. Vi var där på våran bröllopsresa och när general managern fick redan på det blev vi uppgraderade till en sanslöst lyxig bröllopssvit utan extra kostnad. Bästa hotellet vi bott på, utan tvekan. Högsta betyg, rekommenderas!

The hotel is old with lots of issues. For example, hot water runs out quick. The electrical sockets are in random places and not in the bathroom for the hair dryer. The towels and bed linens are terrible too. I expected better from Anantara.

Godt men trænger til kærlighed
Hotellet er renoveret fornyeligt, men dog kun i receptionen. Værelserne er gamle og godt slidt, servicen var i top rigtig hjælpsom personale, morgen maden var ikke den bedste. Dog rejser man med familie er det lidt irreterende at man på forhånd booker værelse til 3 personer, og for at få en ekstra lille seng til vores søn skal man betale 300 aed Per nat ..

Fabulous hotel. Will certainly stay there again next time I’m in Dubai. Easy walking to local touristy bits and restaurants, staff were very helpful & accommodating. I received not just one upgrade as a VIP member but two. Restaurants on site were very good as well.

The king bed was just two twins pushed together - we kept falling in the cracks! I expected more.

We stayed here for 1 night and despite the breakfast taking too long and we were about to miss our slot at Burj Khalifa, they quickly arranged breakfast boxes and hotel car To drop us off. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the hotel and the rooms are beautiful.
