Luftkonditioneringen brummade och gick inte heller ställa in styrka eller värme på. rummet skulle ha varit med utsikt mot stan men det var bostadshus med insyn. Det luktade unket i rummet. Det var långt ifrån ett femstjärnigt hotell.

Great stay
This hotel was very good, especially considering its price. The staff was always available at any time. The only ting that was - was that the distance to the center was a little far and the internet connection wasn't the best in the room.

Hotell nära flygplatsen
Hotellet var inte vad vi hade väntat oss. Nu kom vi förvisso från det superhotellet Grosvenor House i Jumeirah till det här då det ligger nära flygplatsen och vi hade en tidig flight. Känns som att hotellet hade sin storhetstid i början på 1990-talet och att det är i behov av en rejäl modernisering.

Very good stay.
Very good location, 6-7 min walk from the Metro, close to convenience shops and local restaurants with very good food, e g "al Shami" restaurant. We also booked a desert tour provided by the hotel agency, you will not be disappointed. The interior of the toilets could be more up to date, however the cleanliness was of a good standard.

Comfortable and homely
A very nice and friendly hotel with professional staff. The hotel has a classic traits of a luxury hotel with consummate and snug designe, very pleasant. Very good restaurants with a good menu. Good breakfast buffet. Comfortable and homely rooms. Bathroom with both Duch and tub, clean and tidy. The bed on the other hand has a lot more to be desired. Carpet on the floor was probably just as soft and comfortable to lie on! But if you do not intend to sleep so much, I can recommend this hotel warmly.

Great place but not in the right place on the map
Great place with friendly stuff. Only one negative thing to mention. One of the reasons why we booked this hotel, is that it seems to be very, very close to the train station "Union Square", according to the Hotels.com map. But this marker is totally wrong. The correct location is about 800 meters in a south-westerly direction from were the marker is (about 10 minute walk). Very strange that no one has noticed this before?

Enkelt hotell i stadens gamla centrum i behov av renovering. Rummet var enkelt, badrummet ganska slitet och obekvämt. Trevlig personal dock, vänliga och serviceinriktade. Läget är inte det bästa, ligger i ett omodernt område med motorväg utanför och dåligt med parkering.

Läget mycket bra,nära till Metro ,creeken och old town.Hotelet kan inte jämföras med 5 stjärnigt det är mycket högre standard på dessa.Frukostbuffen var inget märkvärdigt och väldigt dyrt (ca 180 skr).Trevlig personal bra pool och gym.lite högljudt på nätterna från andra rum.I övrigt billigt boende för att vara 5 stjärnigt

Centralt beläget hotell, trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Mycket bra sol- och poolbadsmöjligheter på taket där vi också kunde inta barlunch av trevlig personal. Kunde utnyttja shattle-bussen till deras hotell vid havet, kostade dock ca 250 sek. Hotellet rekommenderas!

Njut av Dubai och sov som en prins
När man går in i hotellet möts man av lyx och betjäning. Hotellet har bra pool på taket med många solstolar. Gym för en hurtige. Flera restauranger med varierande mat mycket god mat. Tour desk hjälper en att komma ut och se/göra stan på bästa sätt och det väntar alltid en lyxig taxi utanför portarna redo att ta er precis dit ni vill.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Carlton Palace Hotel in Dubai, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I entered the hotel, I couldn't help but notice the outdated facilities that desperately need renovation. The entire hotel seemed worn out and in dire need of a facelift. The room I stayed in was a stark reflection of this aging facility. The furniture looked tired, and the overall decor felt outdated. The lack of modern amenities was disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for my stay. The bathroom, in particular, looked like it had seen better days, with signs of wear and tear evident everywhere. Aside from the physical state of the hotel, the service I received was equally subpar. The staff, though polite, seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. Horrible experience, staff at check in counter, air conditioning, furniture, room cleanses not justified as 5 star rating. It should be 2 stars. I won’t recommend to stay here, Dubai had much better choices.😐
