Great alternative close to the airport
Great alternative if you have a early flight out from DXB. The hotel was clean, service was great and the room was a positive surprise.

Crowne Plaza Festival City
Amazing hotel with lovely and helpful staff. Location is very good and close to airport and Festival City. Clean and spacious room, the view towards Greek is awesome. Pool area excellent. Food was very high quality but only one day the breakfast was not as fresh as expected. Diner at Zaytoon restaurant was awesome. All in all a very good stay and totally recommend it.

Vi landade sent på kvällen. Det tog 10 min med taxi till hotellet. Rummet hade panoramautsikt till Burj Khalifa. Mycket trevligt bemötande, mycket trevlig personal. Fantastisk frukost med uteservering. Spa med fantastisk utsikt och 2 st 25 m simbassänger.

Prisvärt med utmärkt service i trevligt läge
Bodde med min familj (fru och en 16 årig dotter) en knapp vecka utan att köpa hotellfrukost mer än en gång vilken var dyr. Trevligt poolområden är man vill sola. Bra service vid poolen och överallt annars. Varje medarbetare ansträngde sej otroligt mycket för att göra vår upplevelsen bra. Vilken personal!!Sov väldigt gott med sköna sängar och väldigt sköna kuddar. Nära flygplatsen men ändå endast 9 km till Dubai Mall. Taxi ä billigt varför vi inte tvekade att ta taxi till Jumeriah Beach, Atlantis, Emirates Mall, Dubai mall och Karamamarknaden mm. Passade på att uppleva Dune Bashing med Desert Rangers Vilken kul grej. men vi upptäckte att hotellområdet vid festivalcity har en mall med 550 butiker och restauranger inkl. IKEA ett Storköp samt Hard Rock Café:-)

En positiv överaskning
Utan ha i förväg ha några större förväntningar annat än som konferens och businesshotell visade sig hotellet ha ett trevligt relaxområde med fina pooler och solstolar samt närhet till ett stort köpcentrum och hamnområde vid the creek med trevliga restauranger och små butiker vilket gjorde den kanske ngt artificiella miljön klart uthärdlig. Dessutom trevlig och tillmötesgående personal som sammantaget gör att man även utan att vara på konferens skulle kunna uppskatta hotellet mer än för en övernattning

Generellt ett högkvalitativt hotell. Dock kostar frukost 110dhs, lunch 220 och kvällsbuffén vill jag inte ens tänka på priset. I övrigt exceptionell service.

From the moment the storm began, the Crowne Plaza team sprang into action to ensure all guests felt safe and comfortable. Their proactive measures and efficient handling of the situation minimized disruptions and maintained a calm atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating, promptly responding to any concerns and providing regular updates about the weather and services available. Their friendly and composed demeanor made a significant difference in managing the stress of the situation. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, breakfast is highly recommended, mostly very quiet — but if you have a noisy neighbor they can be heard through the connecting door only. The taxi ride is short from the airport though a shuttle is available from T1. The adjacent mall is a short walk away inside and even offers a dental office with excellent service.

The waterfront view was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and cleanliness was excellent. Breakfast was amazing and staff members throughout the hotel and the adjacent hotel were pleasant and helpful. Walking inside to the mall was a short stroll. In its category, this is a fine hotel for families and excellent to take a few days en route to another destination as its location near the airport is handy. Be aware the shuttle works only for T1. And note too that the “free 10k surrounding area shuttle” no longer operates though taxis arrive soon after a request, which the hotel staff facilitates. Would recommend updating the website about that. However, would recommend soundproofing of some kind around the connecting doors as screaming could be heard from an adjacent room. Otherwise it was quiet and peaceful. A happy time.
