Fantastiskt boende med grymt läge! Tar ungefär 15 min att gå till Dubai mall med 1200 butiker och restauranger samt Burj Khalifa, annars är taxi otroligt billigt om man ska vidare till Dubai marinan eller Gold souk tex. Väldigt förstående personal, kom dit ensam som 20 åring klockan 3 på natten utan problem samt checkade ut 5 på morgonen utan problem över huvudet taget! Galet imponerad av landet i helhet och kommer definitivt åka tilbaka!

Nya Dubai
Vistelsen var riktigt bra Burj Kalifa förstås med stora The Mall under, och fontänen med sitt vackra ljusspel och trevliga restauranger överträffade mina förväntningar. Lite tråkigt bara att hela tiden vara beroende av taxi

Jättebra hotell med tillmötesgående personal som verkligen ville göra vår vistelse perfekt. Servicen är fantastisk och man behöver bara lyfta på luren så kommer någon direkt. Poolen är vansinnigt bra enligt mig. Det enda dåliga är att kanalen inte är färdigbyggd så det fanns inget att se/göra i närheten av hotellet men det vägdes upp tack vare gratis shuttlebus till och från Dubai mall samt JBR.

Bästa hotell vistelsen någonsin!!
Vi hade en suverän vistelse och för min partner den bästa hotell vistelsen någonsin. Nära till Dubai mall och utsikt mot burj Khalifa, gratis bussar till stranden. Alltid påfyllning utav vattenflaskor på rummet. Riktigt toppen service!!

Good hotel in construction area
Good hotel with helpful staff. No restaurant during the evening but the have shuttle bus to Dubai mal 5 minutes away.

A great week in Dubai
We were 3 couples for a week stay. This is an excellent apartment hotel with large rooms. We were upgraded and found the mini suites very nice. Well equipped kitchen (hardly used when we were there) and nice TV room with lots o space. Slightly hard beds maybe - but it´s a matter of preference. Everything was very high quality. Breakfast with plenty of choices, Pool/Gymnasium/Sauna, Service and assistance by reception and concierge. Location is perfect close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Also in the middle between authentic Deira area and new Palm beach area to easily be reached by taxi in about 20-30 minutes. Only two complaints could be that parts of the excellent Pool area was in shadow from the building quite early in the afternoon. Other complaint is that the local taxi drivers could not find it easily. There is plenty of Damac hotels nearby, and drivers don´t know the Canal View hotel. Now this is a newly built hotel/area and it might be more known in the future. We really appreciated our stay and can recommend the Canal Views.

Helt underbart lyxigt
Helt underbart nytt apart hotell nära Dubai mall.Vi hade nästan hela poolområdet för oss själva.Superfina nya rum med tvättmaskin och fullt utrustat kök. Det enda som va negativt var svårt att få tag i taxi utanför hotellet troligen för att det var så nytt och inte mycket bilar passerar där men om du ringde 15 min innan så kan personalen beställa taxi..Personalen var så serviceminded och välkomnande. Vi hade en härlig semester där och återkommer gärna igen.

Nice staff, including a man named Arab. Otherwise my room was extremely dusty, the energy did not feel clean. Definitely not 5 star hotel. It is more of a motel vibe. Not good if you have high quality standards. It is not clean.

The worst experience ever, firstly the hotel shouldn’t be 5 star, 3 star services and condition, paid for the 48sqm room/apt but deliberately the receptionist gave us the smallest room in the world of 12sqm, it was sorted when i complained about it, awful breakfast and we were the only ones in the breakfast area, advertised as buffet but there was nothing in the restaurant, we had to chase the staff to serve us the BF which was already paid for and wait for 40mints to be served, this was the last time ever i am using Damac services as its only the name they are selling when services are just waste of money, definitely will not be going there back and wouldn’t recommend unless until you want to spoil your holiday and waste the money

Don’t believe the pictures ,,,,the hotel is below standard very average 3 star hotel ,,,the beds are uncontrollable the black out in the rooms is useless as soon as the sun rises the you feel you are sleeping by the pool . The area is so disappointing all you see is towers and the constructions noise stars at 6 o’clock in the morning also the boats noise in the canal is so bad,,,,

Very satisfied family
Everything about our stay was great. The location was very convenient, valet parking was perfect and free. The room was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the bed was a great size. The kids enjoyed the breakfast more than anything and my eldest wants to go back just for the breakfast. A wonderful gentleman named Gaston took great care of us over breakfast and was so accommodating. Food was great, the chefs were amazing and the service was great

Overall good property but taxi's find it very difficult to find entrance to hotel (it's often missed) this is a constant stress. Also there is no safe crossing to cross the main road outside the hotel by foot which makes it very difficult to see surrounding area with children. Final negative was that the rooms were quite outdated. Overal would rate it as a 7.5/10.

Really enjoyed my stay at Damac Maison Canal Views. The room was clean, had a beautiful view, and the hotel location was very convenient. The service was excellent. We opted out of daily housekeeping, however room service was quick and we were very satisfied with the effort brought in to serving our needs. We’d also like to show our appreciation for the receptionist, Aziz. He made our stay very memorable and his professionalism and humor really made an excellent impression on us. Very above and beyond compared to hotels I’ve previously stayed at. Without any external influence, he is one of the reasons why I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends for the future.
