Great hotel, 5 min walk from Dubai mall. Fast check in, clean rooms. No alcohol in hotel bar.

Väldigt dålig service, frukosten var ej färsk. Samt i ett byggnadsområde. Rummet var dock ok och fräscht men definitivt inte ett 5-stjärnigt hotell.

Nytt och ostädat hotell
Fräscht hotel med fantastiskt dåligt läge runt en arbetsplats som de inte visar på bilderna. Poolen är riktad mot ett bygge och varenda balkong eller uteplats är fylld med damm från bygget. Så närheten är fin till Dubai Mall men man kan inte på något sätt gå dit utan det är skyttelbuss som går lite som den vill med bra ursäkter om varför den inte går enligt schema. Rummen var enligt bilderna men de var väldigt ostädade och för ett så nytt hotell så var de redan slitna.

Bilderna är extremt missvisande
Såg fram emot att komma till hotellet och valde dessutom att betala extra för ett rum med "city view". Det var ett skämt! Hotellrummen var extremt nedgångna och hela området runt omkring var en byggarbetsplats. Balkongen gick inte att vara på eftersom bygget utanför lär så mycket och hela balkongen var full av byggdamm. "City view" var kanske skyskraporna man såg om man hängde över balkongen och tittade åt vänster, annars var utsikten endast bygget åt alla håll. Fastnar ni för bilden av den fina poolen med staden i bakgrunden så tänk igen, de bygger nämligen ytterligare en skyskrapa tio meter utanför denna så det enda man ser är en halvfärdig byggnad med byggnadspresseningar över. Detta leder alltså till att det dessutom är skugga över alla solstolar och poolen. Valuta för pengarna - noll. Jag ångrar djupt att vi valde det här hotellet, du kan få betydligt bättre gör samma peng. Hotels.com borde uppdatera sina bilder för det här är vilseledande! Det enda positiva jag har att säga är att personalen är fantastisk, serviceminded och super trevliga.

Location of the property was why I chose to stay here. It really is just minutes from the mall and many great brunch and dinner spots. There are also two markets right behind the building which was a huge plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Deceiving advertising as a 5-star hotel. It is at best a poorly maintained 3-star! Ruined our first day experience in Dubai. We went in expecting a 5-star hotel experience and found ourselves in a poorly maintained hotel. Even 3-star hotels are better than that. Such a disappointment that we only stayed there for 5 hours. Do not recommend at all! There are lots of better options in Dubai. The stuff were friendly though.

The location of the hotel is great, only 5min walk to Dubai Mall via Fountain Address View. I wouldn't say the hotel is 5 star. I have stayed here 9 years go and then it would have been 5 years but the place is showing wear and tear. The Restaurant and Reception staff are great. However housekeeping let the hotel team down, not making the rooms up or providing fresh towels, i can understand if it happened the once but it happened for a few days running... which was appalling.

Horrible conditions, not safe to stay.
The stay was horrible, I had made the booking for my honeymoon, which was the biggest mistake I have made. Firstly, the pictures deceive you with views of Burj Khalifa, but according to the staff, the view is now blocked due to new buildings. secondly, the floor which we were staying in had a major water leak previously, there was a damp smell and mold all over the roofs, there were small flies all around. The mold and damp smell affected my breathing, I informed the staff but they paid no attention. I asked them to shorten my booking so I can leave immediately, they said it is not possible, once I contacted Hotels.com which was the booking party, they did not help at all, I asked for a refund but it seems as they don't even care for other people and their health.

Everything was great
Very nice people, reception, breakfast bar and everyone including the cleaning team. Fresh water (4-6 bottles) everyday, everything clean and new towels daily. Wifi very good in all hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - free. Perfect for few business day spent there. Dubai Mall just around the building, 5 minutes walk distance.

We got one of the residence apartments style, it came in handy, clean, and had everything we needed, even a washer and dryer! just alittle different from having a apartment style comfort and not a typical hotel room

Good location. 10 minute walk to the Dubai mall and only 20 min taxi ride (without traffic) to the airport. Manager and staff were helpful and friendly
