Bra läge
Hotellet ligger strategiskt bra, gångavstånd till Emirates Mall och kort taxiavstånd till stranden och The Palm med Atlantis. Vill man åka tåget ligger närmsta station 1 km bort. På taket finns en bra pool och helhetsintrycket var positivt för pengarna man betalade.

Bra hotell med trevlig takpool
Bra och trevligt hotell. Mitt rum stank rök när vi anlände 00.30 men de lyckades hitta ett annat rum trots att hotellet var fullt. Bra frukost men all personal var inte jättetrevlig i frukostmatsalen. Kanske dags att byta de som hade ansvaret mot de yngre mycket trevliga kyparna.

Our booked room was not available when arriving. Only a smoking room!! No suggestions of how to solve it from the staff. Rude "supervisor" No peace and quiet. Poor sound isolation. Breakfast was OK. But too crowded!! Location is good. No 5 star feeling. Do not recommend this hotel.

Ett prisvärt hotell med fin takterass/takpool. Enda svagheten var frukosten som var genomsnittlig och serverades i en trist och slamrig matsal. Bra läge nära Emirates Mall.

Very nice hotel close to Mall of the Emirates
10 min walk to Mall of te Emirates, otherwise there's nothing special in the surroundings. Very nice hotel though, with large rooms, nice service and a large breakfast buffé. I would definetely stay there again.

Bra familjehotell
Fint hotell med bra service. Läget ok nära Mall of the Emirates, men man måste ta taxi överallt annars. Det går en buss till stranden varje dag, men annars är det taxi till både downtown och stranden som gäller. Frukosten är jättebra. Hotellet serverar ingen alkohol, men har restauranger även för middag och lunch. Vi åt dock inte där. Stora, fina rum som är perfekta för familjer. Trevlig pool på taket.

Ligger ganka de flesta sevärdheter. Pool på taket. Taxiresor blir det ändå, som alltid i Dubai.

Fantastiskt hotell till bra pris
Vi stannade i närmare två veckor på Auris i april 2015. Hotell personalen är väldigt hjälpsamma och det är riktigt rent och snyggt överallt! Vi trivdes riktigt bra och det enda vi saknade var gångavstånd till en strand. Däremot går det en gratis buss till stranden varje morgon kl 10 så det är smidigt!

The third stay at Auris Plaza Dubai
We have stayed at this hotel for the third time. We still recommend it considering the value of money, location, great service and friendly helpful staff. The welcoming and departing was extremely well similar to the previous two times. The hospitality was greatly appreciated. The less pleasing aspect was that the internet inside the room was not optimal. Having stayed before at this hotel, I think the hotel needs a little work as you can see clearly it's ageing compared to other hotels in dubai. But over all our stay was enjoyable. Best regards

Nice rooms
Nice hotel with great rooms, they also arrange day trips like Safari etc.The hotel is very Close to one of the shoppingmalls and Ski Dubai, no problem to get a taxi to the other places you need to go to when in Dubai. Also possible to take the subway which is convenient and easy only 5 minutes walk to nearest station.

Almost perfect
I stayed here for 4 days and I really enjoyed this hotel, it has everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the doors in to the hotelroom, because they weren't soundproof.

Pros: Comfortable Friendly & helpful staff (mostly) Affordable Food is decent & relatively well-priced Free water Clean hotel, nice pool Cons: Internet is terrible! Soda & other drinks way overpriced. Go down the street to the local markets for drinks. Our room lights randomly turning on while trying to sleep. TV only local content, no way to connect to YouTube, Netflix, etc. HDMI cable did not work with TV. If it rains, huge puddles out front prevent travel. Loud thumping music and kids screaming until 2-3am EVERY night. Laundry service fees are ridiculous! We stayed 20 days and needed laundry done. A small bag, not even a full load of laundry, would have cost us over $80 USD. Laundry service was rude. Fridge needs replacement, barely cold, food spoils, leaking water from who knows where. Sink drain in our room was broken and would fall off every time you ran water, couldn’t be closed. Had to ask staff for many things that should have been part of the room cleaning (e.g., clean glasses, toilet paper), and sometimes had to ask for the same thing multiple times. Says 5 star. I’m curious: Out of how many stars? I’m not sure if the rating is like US, but I have stayed at better hotels rated 3 stars. Tile around pool is VERY slippery. Be careful!!!! My husband, my son, and I ALL almost fell.

Tres bon hotel, à distance de marche du mall of emirates et de la station de bus et de metro. Il y a aussi une supérette à coté. Tres contente du buffet du petit dejeuner, dommage que ce soit tous les jours la meme chose mais comme il y a bcp de choix cest tres bien. J'enlève juste une etoile pour le chantier bruyant juste en face de ma chambre et la vue sur l'immeuble en construction. Dans l'ensemble tres bon hôtel, je recommande.

Very disappointed, it is touted as a 5 star but at the most it would be a 4*. Good things: Parking, close to Mall of Emirates Bad things: dated decor, breakfast limited and disappointing, has a bar/pub on the ground floor which invites drunks and fights, lots of people hanging around lobby, not worth the price

I chose this hotel as it seemed to be centrally located near the 'Mall of the Emirates' for a 3 night stay All staff were courteous and helpful. There was a wide selection of cuisines to chose in the dining room. My 3* rating is due to the bass rhythm from the night club on the ground floor reverberating through the building up to my room on the 11th floor disturbing my sleep every night. I mentioned it to reception, who offered to change my room, but it is outside of their control.

Bad service.
The first day there was no problems, but the second day the wi-fi was not working. They tried to fix it, but we had the same problems the day after, so we could not work from the room but had to go in the reception/lobby. Then we had problems with the service, we ordered food from outside, and asked the hotel to bring us plates/spoon, it took them 45 minutes. Nexg day we asked for some plates/spoon, they did not come and we had to call them twice. They were not busy, they just forgot us. We also had some problems with the lobby calling us in the morning 04-05 am, and we asked them why they called us, it was a mistake. Btw we have to kids, so it was very disturbing.
