Extremely rude
Rude bell clerk. Had us waiting why he talked on the phone with no interest in helping us. Check in took close to 1 hour, and at midnight they rang on the hoteldoor and woke us up, needing the passports again. Will never visit again.

Vistelse avsåg endast övernattning. Läget bekvämt nära till flygplats men långt från shopping och sevärdheter. Stort lägenhet, onödigt stor för 1 person.

OK att sova ngr timmar när man kommit fram (sent) med flyget, inget mer!Ser OK ut på "utsidan" men rummen/lägenheterna var urtrista. Frukosten bland det sämsta jag sett på ett hotell och "utbudet" bestod av några så gott som tomma tallrikar med ost etc. när vi dök upp ½ timme före "stängning" och brödet bestod av ngr torra skivor rost-bröd.

it was perfect for a family as its like a home away from home. Loved that they have washing machine. overall it was great. just the bath tub was a bit scary to stand in but was strong enough to hold the weight.

Close to the airport
We stayed here for one night after arriving in Dubai before going our hotel. The apartments are close to the airport and shops, there is a dairy just opposite the hotel. The place is average but good for short stay.

Good apartment. Very poor WiFi and bed.
The apartment was spacious and well equipped; the staff very helpful. However WiFi connection was very bad, unusable most of the time. The bed was unusually very low and the mattress too much soft and noisy; additionally, by design, it had a wooden overhang which made it difficult to lie and stand up. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with not much of a choice.

Nice area, staff very nice had some problems with
Staff was friendly, room clean, area nice park in front easy to acess grocery store. The only problem was internet problems almost daily, then my bathroom sink fell out! ! It took a whole day to have them fix it once it fixed room smelled liked glue awful! Air conditioning very loud even at lowest setting. If u can get used to air noise then i recommend hotel . Repairs need to be done more promptly for customers who stay for long stay.

When I reached to hotel 12am the counter girl told me our check in time 1pm you wait one hour in waiting area tnen you will get the room.I was surprise what s. he is talking .I booked the hotel with ticket and why she is talking like this .

Pleasant stay
Well located for airport and Mirdif. Room was large but basic. Hotel has an age and room has been recently decorated to enhance stay. Art Deco theming a bit overstated in description, but attempt is appreciated. Cleaning is sufficient, but don't look too closely! Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Under ground parking available, but super tight access - mind the wall!

Kindly do not mislead other guests as your comments are not based on reality. we are with 2 KM of Dubai Airport kindly check the coordinates. all major attraction are within easy access. The nearest metro station is about 500 meters away. Providing taxi service is not in our hand. It usually takes 20 minutes to the maximum. The Taxis are booked through local transport authority. The area is very lively and there are over 50 restaurants at walking distance. You can get all the necessities of life from the Spinneys which is located in the same building. Ihan hyvä huoneistohotelli. Plussaa edullisuus ja huoneen siisteys. Miinuksia olivat heikkokuntoiset pyyhkeet ja lentokenttäkuljetuksen myöhästyminen. Bad odor in Room
Upon check in, room had a bad odor in the living room area. I went to the front desk and informed the hotel attendant of the odor, she called the cleaning crew to go spray the room. I was charged 100 dirhams for a guest that came to see me.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.... Booked early morning call and the young girl on reception did'nt pass it on to night staff as she was busy playing with iPad and not very attentive and rude .... Door man , cleaning staff and taxi man brilliant and could not do enough for you.... Shower by the pool needed fixing as tiles on the floor were broken..... And yes I would stay there again... Thankyou.

Perfect for Extended Stays
Large space, great for longer stays. Includes a washer and kitchen, separate living room and bedroom. Roof top pool, and workout room. Spinneys is around the back of the hotel and has nearly any type of food either prepared or to be cooked you could want, excellent bakery goods at near Carrefour prices. Hotel is a short walk to the Metro. A mall is a 5 minute cab ride away if you want to shop at a Carrefour or upscale clothing shops. Airport is a 10 minute cab ride away. Price is also very easy on the pocket book.

One night stay
We had to ask the o bed sheets and pillow cases to get changed as they were used. The door leading to the back of the room wasn't shutting (not secured). The maintenance officer couldn't fix it. We had to stay in room with unsecured door. The reception staff are not helpful at all. We had to wait for a taxi for over half an hour with no help from the receptionist. We had to carry our baggage and look for a taxi on the street. The exchange rate at the hotel is a rip off. Otherwise we would have missed our flight. Certainly, I wouldn't stay in this Hotel again.

お湯のスイッチ
部屋のどこかにお湯のスイッチがあります。チェックイン時はオンになっていたと思います。一旦外出する時に部屋のスイッチを全てオフにしてしまうと次どれがお湯のスイッチだったのか探し当てなければなりません。結局分からずに水で過ごしました。フロントは10分流せば出てくると言ったので随分待ちましたがだめでした。電気を消す際にはどのスイッチかを確認したほうがいいと思います。 同僚がいましたが、2人してどれがスイッチなのか分からずじまいでした。その方はお湯は問題なかったそうです。 あとは結構広く作られていますので、逆に落ち着きませんでした。

Overpriced given the location
I was negative about the location although the basic amenities are there and the metro is close by, but for the same price I have had locations that are far more pleasant and close to town. The place was noisy as well through the night, breakfast was so so in comparison to what you would expect in Dubai hotels of this price.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Mängeln
Wir hatten vor Weinachten und über Sylvester 2014 insgesamt an 3 verschiedenen Terminen dort gebucht und übernachtet. Der 1. Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer, sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, für den gezahlten Preis von rd. 45,- EUR fürs Zimmer gabs ein akzeptables Frühstücksbüffet. Dies hat uns bewogen, dort erneut auf unserer Reise zu buchen. Offensichtlich nimmt das Hotel aber jede Buchung an und schickt die Gäste dann entweder in ein anderes Hotel oder in ein weiteres Sunflower Hotel, das aber nicht mehr so zentral und günstig liegt ( dies ist uns 2x passiert ). Fazit: Wenns wg. Feiertagen voll wird in Ho Chi Minh Stadt , kann ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
