Fint och trevligt hotell med bra läge. Väl dyrt för den standarden om man jämför med andra hotell i Dubai. Trevligt med balkong dock men fanns inga möbler där ute, vilket var ett minus. Fin takpool!

Good location but you have to live with the traffic noise from the Main Street ( during the night-day) Generally hotel need to consider a total sound proof windows for the rooms. The pool was a disappointment: small pool and the noise outside didn’t give any sense of relaxing mood. I recommend a real facelift for the pool area. Breakfast was ok. The AC was too cold inside The noise of the traffic outside.. room was in good shape, staff was helpful and generous with attention to details.

Fantastiskt bra hotel
Jätte bra vistelse överlag. Hotellet låg centralt och allt kändes låg i närheten då tog 5 min med bil till Dubai mall. Jag önskade om frukost hade fler variationer skulle ha varit bra. Skybar som ligger på våning 43 var spektakulär och simm pool som låg på samma våning var grymt bra då vetter mot skyskrapa hus.

Good overall
Good hotel with friedly staff, breakfast was good as well. Close to Metro station which makes it alot easier to use public transport. Om the negative side, our special request was ignored completely even though it was just a minor thing and booked almost a year ago. The balcony is nothing I would recommend because first you have to call security to open it. Once It’s opened, you don’t want to be outside because It’s dirty and there are no chairs and table which was the biggest letdown

Pleasantly surprised!
Was pleasantly surprised by Four Points. Is quite often on a business trip in Dubai and has alternated between several fancy hotels. Four Points offers the same or better service (all staff are pleasant and helpful), the room - or the apartment - I got now was great for me. A large living room with sofa group and a large conference table, three bathrooms of varying size, a kitchen, washing machine and two large bathrooms. Perfect for a four-day business trip. I even scheduled some business meetings in my room - much better than meet in a lobby or café. The only complaint, if I should be critical, is the noise level in the breakfast room. Otherwise everything is top class. Even got a chance to you the fitness room and have nothing to complain about there either. Had three meals on the hotel - a quick lunch at the ”Sport Bar” (OK, not more), dinner at the Italian (Good), and then light dinner in the Roof Top Bar 43rd floor (really good asian cross-over mix). Thanks a lot for four good days - I will come back.

Perfekt läge.
Hotellet ligger mitt i smeten så åker man till Dubai för stadskänsla är hotellet ett perfekt ställe att bo på. Längst med gatan finns ett flertal restauranger med sena öppettider. Rummen var rena och bekväma och de anställda var supertrevliga. Hotellet ligger precis lika långt (ca 350m) emellan två metro stationer om man skulle vilja färdas med metro. Det som var mindre bra var frukosten, både maten och det trånga utrymmet.

Hotellet är fint och fräscht och ligger centralt. Nära till allt och 3 min till Metron. Men vi checkade in sent på natten och eftersom vi var två tjejer försökte mannen i Receptionen ge oss sämsta rummet och på en rökvåning. De behandlar en annorlunda när du inte har en man med dig tyvärr. Annars var vi nöjda med hotellet.

Härligt familjehotell.
Fantastiskt hotell med underbart hjälpsam personal på alla poster. Lite väl mycket trafik kring hotellet och aningen krångligt att ta sig till och från hotellet till fots. Kul att man kunde använda balkongen på 30:e våningen.

Har bott på detta hotel tidigare - tyvärr blev denna den sista. Vid incheckning fanns bara rökrum tillgängligt - under 7 dagars vistelse var nyckeln (kortet) ur funktion 6 gånger trots att det inte varit i kontakt med telefonen. Fick även ett rum mot Sheikh Sahed road som ger allt för mycket ljud ifrån sig för att kunna sova. Positivt är den vänliga personalen och utsikten på baren på Rooftop.

Our room service guy “Ramu” did an excellent job keeping our room in great shape. His kindness and excellent service made us want to even stay more! The receptionist in the Lobby “ Ebram” went above and beyond to answer our questions about currency exchange, taxis, and close places to visit! Dhara on M floor has the best smile, we loved seeing her welcoming us for breakfast every morning! We also met Yanis in the lobby and he answered our questions and was super nice! I wish I could remember the names of everyone in the hotel! It was a great stay because everyone is smiling and willing to help genuinely. I would absolutely book the same hotel over over

Hotel in buona posizione vicino alla stazione metro Financial Centre 5 minuti a piedi , e al museo del Futuro 15 minuti a piedi. Bella la vista dal 43 piano dove di può mangiare e bere. Piscina nello stesso piano piccola con servizio di lettini e asciugamani. Buono il servizio di room service ottimo il servizio di pulizia della camera, la mia 1315 sempre impeccabile. Caotica la sala colazione sita adiacente l'entrata dell'hotel é migliorata quando hanno dato accesso al ristorante Purani Dlli al 1 piano dove il personale ha fatto la differenza rispetto alla sala di sotto. Pessimo il servizio concierge, cercano di venderti auto private al posto dei taxi con una tariffa più che raddoppiata, esempio: per arrivare al Burj Khalifa mi hanno chiesto 50 Aed , in Taxi ne ho spesi 19. Questo peggiora se piove, non ti chiamano i taxi pubblici ne hanno ombrelli per i clienti davvero un pessimo servizio . Buono il servizio porterage, meno il servizio reception, check- in lento e poco professionale senza spiegazione dela zona o mappa della città. Da evitare il ristorante indiano Purani Dilli piatti super piccanti anche dove questo ingrediente non viene menzionato e anche quando viene specificato che non si mangia piccante, ti arrivano piatti piccanti. Vicino l'hotel c'è un exchange che ha un buon tasso di cambio.
