Nice apartments for families
Nice to stay in an apartment. A nice kitchen with lots of space, all the things you need in a kitchen and also an own washingmachine. We liked the room! The staff was wery nice and polite, all of them. One day at the pool I saw a child that lost control in the water. The lifeguard rescued the child out of the water so fast that i didnt even get out of my chair (it wasn’t my Child). We liked this hotel and might come back again.

best hotel and service
First we got an upgrade, and the apartment was just perfect. 10 minutes walk to the emirates mall, and taxi cabs just in front of the hotel. Breakfast very diverse and the personel was really nice. I have to tsk you to everybody for a nice service! Do not hesitate to use spa service, it is worth it. We left very early in the morning, but there was no problem to make a breakfast bag for us. That we really appreciate. I will return in Dubai and I will chose you guys again.

Bra hotell med bra läge
Mycket rymlig lägenhet där hela familjen (5 personer) enkelt fick plats. Vi utnyttjade köket i lägenheten där vi gjorde frukost och ibland även middag. Poolen uppe på taket var bra men när det skulle badas på riktigt tog vi hotellbussen till publika stranden på morgon (avgick 09:00 varje dag med upphämtning på eftermiddagen) eller taxi till någon annan strand. Uppe i hotellet finns även ett gym, inte värsta sorten men tillräckligt för att köra det dagliga passet. Det är nära till Mall of the Emirates där det bl.a. finns en stor Carrefour (typ Citygross) och givetvis en massa shopping, bio, restauranger m.m. Det var enkelt att fortsätta vidare från köpcentret via taxi eller metron. Det gick givetvis bra att beställa taxi till hotellet men det gick snabbare att gå 10 minuter till köpcentret och ta en taxi där då vi behövde en stor taxi (det finns två modeller på taxi i Dubai, en som tar fyra passagerare och en som kan ta upp till sex men de stora är inte lika vanliga). I Dubai byggs det mycket, så även runt detta hotell, men det var inget som störde.

Perfekt läge och pool belägen på taket! Mindre spelhall och ett helt ok gym. Bra frukost och serviceminded personal.

Rent hotell nära mall of the emirates
Hotellet ligger i ett område under uppbyggnad så det är inte super trevligt runt omkring. Hotellet är dock superfint och rent, mycket bra poolområde och stort plus med gångavstånd till mall of the emirates.

Perfekt läge! Bra lägenhetshotell! Fin pool!
Hotellet ligger perfekt bredvid Mall of Emirates. Dessutom finns det alltid taxi tillgängligt, Dubai´s statliga taxi är billigt och motsvarar i många fall en bussbiljett hemma. Vi tog statlig taxi från flygplatsen till hotellet (ca 30 km) och det kostade 80 dirham, motsvarande 200 kronor för en halvtimmes resa. Taxi till stranden kostade 22 dirham (55 kronor ca). De har även förbättrat den allmänna stranden vid Jumeirah avsevärt sedan vi var där för 3 år sedan. Personalen i receptionen var inte alla serviceminded. Ett leende hade varit på sin plats! Däremot var personalen i receptionen vid poolen suveränt trevliga och serviceminded! Stor skillnad med andra ord! Nämnas bör är att poolområdet är mycket trevligt! Vad gäller rummet, var golven inte särskilt renliga. I badrummet låg gammal smuts i hörnorna och hårstrå som absolut inte var våra. När man bokar boende i Dubai ska man tänka på att det byggs precis överallt. Precis vägg i vägg med detta hotell byggdes ett nytt. Detta innebär att det är bullrigt från 7-19 cirka varje dag utom fredagar. En natt svetsade man även och det var inte helt utan oväsen. På shoppingmallen vill man att man ska täcka axlar och knän, så tänk på att packa ner kläder som gör det. Dubai är dyrt, en del även dyrare än Sverige.

Great internet
Great hotel with a huge apartment for one person! I had two baths, big kitchen, big living room and a good sized bedroom. The best surprise was the fast internet of 30 mbit down and 15 up. Only a 7 min walk to Mall of The Emirates which is connected to the Metro which is very cheap and easy to travel with.

Good hotel apt near Mall of the Emirates.
The rooms were big and comfortable. AC was easy to adjust and use. Good swimming pool on the roof top. And friendly Staff. Should be said that however the hotel is new but started to show old and good maitenance is vital for the hotel.

cleanliness issue
The hotel looked very run down and cleanliness was the main issue I can pinpoint that definitely needs a lot of working. the TV remotes were all dirty with sticky stuff. the kitchen appliances were dirty and needed rewashing. house keeping did minimum effort to clean the room.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews
The appartment was very smelly, the sofa smelled very bad that I was afraid to sit on it. I was hearing the soind of water in the pipes and specially when any room around me was flushing. The hotel staff were very unprofessional. It was a very bad experience

The location is great just few minutes walk from Emirates mall and all required facilities are within walking distance. The appartment is huge with two toilet however, Furnture little old but it is clean.

Excellent 4 stars stay
Very comfortable stay ..quit spacious apartment with daily regular room service..staff were very friendly, impressed by politeness and professionalism of staff in reception and restaurant especially, Shahzad and Yosry in restaurant… My only adverse comment is on extra beds’ charges .very much overpriced . Gym and swimming pool facility were always clean and opened for long hours..very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to Mall if Emirates and a lot of nearby restaurants

Family oriented
Amazing hotel highly recommended for families, we stayed a 2 bedroom apartment. My kids were playing in the living room as they if we they were at home. Beds were good, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed needed. Reception was excellent and service as well. Parking area in the basement is nice. Grocery delivery is near by and emirate mall is 5 min by walk. Only thing you need to remember is if your eating breakfast at the restaurant you need to wake up early to find a table before 9 am.

Très bon séjour en famille
Bon emplacement près du mall Emirates. Piscine chauffée donc nickel pour un mois de février. Horaires de la piscine et de la salle de gym très bien.

Good location, Great price, Large rooms.
Good location, great price for the area. Spacious rooms. Needed more basic things stocked - more coffee, toilet paper, and they didn't have wash clothes. I would stay here again though.

Fantastic ! We were given a suite which was amazing and more than we expected and really was huge and luxurious we loved it ! The Staff were great except for one :( The only let down was the last night when we were kept awake by lots of noise we think from the service rooms next to us.....shame as everything else was fab.
