Enkelt men prisvärt alternativ
Helt ok hotell, till ett relativt bra pris. Trevligt område och nära till tunnelbanan. Sängen var ren, fräsch och bekväm. Badrummet fräscht men med visst slitage. Rummet var lyhört - jag kunde höra hissens plingande när den stannade utanför och folk som pratade i korridoren. Ingenting som störde mig personligen, men det kan vara värt att ha i åtanke och eventuellt be om ett rum längre från hissen om man är känslig för ljud. Udda layout med ett köpcentrum på bottenplan och receptionen på andra våningen. Men conciergen på bottenplan var alert och hjälpsam, och hjälpte mig snabbt att hitta rätt.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel, we booked for 4 days and we only spent one night there because we couldn't take it anymore, the room was super dirty, the bed looked like it was 20 years old and very dirty, it smelled very bad, they had cockroaches everywhere, in terms of cleanliness this hotel should be closed, please do not waste your money, it is better to spend a little more and you will have more benefits for another hotel with a pool, gym and restaurants.

Very tired and run down building and in very poor condition. The interior smelt musty and damp. The sink in our en suite wouldn’t drain and also leaked all over the floor. There was no hot water. The kettle didn’t work and we were on given 1 towel and 1 cup in a room booked for 2 people. The restaurant was closed on our arrival and there was no availability of food. We paid the extra for breakfast, but had to leave the hotel before the restaurant opened and once again no other food was available. The sheets were clean, but everything else was covered in dust or dirt. I wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel is dirty, no one cleaned our room nor did they ask if we wanted our rooms cleaned, we asked for clean cups, they promised to bring but they didn’t. All our rooms had cockroaches.

Worst place in uae and k don’t think this place should be in uae. Bugs cockroaches are everywhere washroom and even in beds The moment I saw them in bed I left Stayed 2 days first day only saw in washroom so I stayed but then I saw them everywhere next day First room was even worst they had gutter water coming in washroom and they couldn’t fix it so I went to other room. See pictures if I am allowed to attach Please don’t book this place I made mistake will never do again

The property need to get professional help regarding the cockroach infestation in some of their rooms. When I reported it to the front desk about the issue they sent one of the staff with roaches spray to my room and they tried to spray it which did little nothing. The issue needs professionals help.

excellent for a short stay whilst in Dubai
Landmark Plaza is a fabulous address whilst in Dubai - opp. Baniyas Station, it's really a landmark with easy access after a long exhausting day exploring the city. The rooms are clean and the space is well lit & hygienic.

The experience at the hotel was very poor. The bathroom was very dirty worn out and cracked it also looked like it was burnt in the cracks there were filled with small cockroaches and because we couldn't bath so we went to my cousins place to bath and i also had to bring my children and they were disgusted and shocked because we always booked here to stay and the state of the room took my family by suprise there was no hot water in the bath as well. when we were phoning them to help at first for a long time nobody picked up the phone. But only the location was good and everything else was bad. Thank you and please improve landmark plaza hotel.

There were bed bugs and I have the pictures to back it up. Absolutely disgusting and the service was horrible. Would not go back if you payed me.
