Fint hotell, rena fina rum! Pool på 8:e våningen. Ligger lite utanför, men när Dubai mall! Det var prisvärt hotell

Magdalena, a 15 min taxi utanför dubai

extremt bra service på alla sätt och vis
ett stort hotellkomplex ca 15 min med taxi utanför stan i öknen. atmosfären är väldigt lyxig med extremt stort utbud på frukostbuffén. På 8e våningen finns utomhuspool med utsikt över dubais skyskrapor. Vi tog tillvalet att få tillgång till loungen med 24/7 tillgång till kaffe och juicer samt happy hour 18-20 med varm och kall plockmat samt öl och vin. hotellet har shuttlebuss till dubai mall och till stranden. rekommenderar hotellet och nästa år kommer jag välja det här igen.

Utmärkt hotell med supertrevlig personal!
Fantastisk vistelse i en otrolig stad. Fräscht hotell med mycket trevlig och servicevillig personal. Extra plus för den härliga poolen på taket.

Fräscht hotell i utkanten av centrala delarna. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Enkelt att ta hotellbussen till och från Dubai Mall med avgångar varannan timme, resan tog cirka 10-12 min.

Good hotel with fine dining - on the outskirts
Was there for 3 nights. Very clean and good hotel with nice outside pool on top. Nothing in the suroundings just Construction sites (quite) and desert. Close to the Airport and the have a free shuttle bus every second hour to the Dubai Mall. They have a good meat restaurant at the hotel, well recommended. If you are not here for business, I say avoid Dubai.

Excellent hotel!
Excellent hotel with an outdoor pool and a gym. Shuttle bus to Dubai mall and Burj al Khalifa. Taxi is always available at the entrance (really cheap). Extremely friendly and service minded staff! We really appreciated the help with booking tours.

Mycket fint hotel med bra service och utbud.
Vi var här en vecka och firade nyår 2014/2015 och blev mycket nöjda. Allt från servicen, rummen, frukostbuffén, gymet, spa, poolområdet på taket, restaurangerna, transfer bussen, personalen och executive loungen var perfekt.

Rent och snyggt hotell
Som helhet var detta ett bra hotell.Väldigt trevlig personal, bra restauranger i hotellet (aningen dyra kanske). Snygga och välstädade rum. Det enda jag har att anmärka på är läget, lite väl avsides men det fanns shuttle bussar som gick regelbundet till stadens sevärdheter.

Okänd lyx
Allt var toppen på hotellet, trevlig och hjälpsam personal och fräsch rekreationsavdelning med pool och gym. Men då området var under uppbyggnad var hotellet ännu okänt för de flesta. Taxichaufförerna hade svårt att hitta då det var dåligt skyltat.

We had glitch because our bathroom got flooded at night, also one of the staff upset us one night because of his behaviour, however they made up to it, he apologized and provide us with free breakfast. We will come back to this hotel in future because staff was nice and helpful.

Check-In horrible
Check-in process horrible. Though, we had confirmed reservation the front desk agent informed us that we don't have! Amenities where under expectations. No bath rope. Breakfast service was fine and staff where polite and helpful. I believe management of hotel has to put more efforts to elevate its services. Nevertheless, checkout process was fast and smooth.

Rooms were clean & comfy. Hotel iverall clean & comfy. All staff very polite and helpful. Key card problematic, but other than that it was a very nice stay

I thought the hotel was excellent, the staff were very professional. My only gripe was the lack of options in the restaurant - I felt it was ok and the sea-food buffer on the day we arrived could be better.
