Städningen och personalen var utmärkta, vilket bidrog till en positiv vistelse. Tyvärr var parkeringen och hotellets huvudentré problematiska och resulterade i att vår hyrbil blev skadad. Förbättringar på dessa områden skulle göra upplevelsen ännu bättre.

Bra hotell i den gamla delen av Dubai
Om man inte vill/måste bo på en fin adress, men ändå vill ha ett väldigt fint hotell, då är Canvas perfekt. Man bor lite grann i ett bostadsområde i det gamla Dubai, som är av lite enklare standard. Men väl på hotellet så är det superfint, fräscht och med en hög standard. Fördelen med att bo i den gamla delen är att det är väldigt billigt att handla och äta. En lunch för 4 euro finns inte i downtown eller i Dubai Marina.

Rummet luktade illa och åtgöranden från hotellet var att slicka en städare som sprutade lite doftspray… Mystisk ingång enbart från källaren/garaget. Dåligt utbud på frukosten, mest udda indisk mat. Äggröran smakade unket. Frukostmatsalen proppfull med folk under hela öppettiden, extremt högljutt med ekande väggar. Hela hotellet feltänkt med köpcentrum-känsla och loftgångar mot lobbyn där folk satt och skrek dygnet runt.

Bra hotell men med dåligt läge.
Fint hotel men med dåligt läge. Finns inte så mycket för turister runt detta hotel. Du måste ta taxi för att komma dit där det händer saker. ca 20 till 30 min med taxi till city center. Svårt att hitta taxi som vill köra dig tillbaka till hotellet under rusningstrafik pga av läget. Bra hotel med bra service .

Rent fräscht hotell som kanske borde vara 4* , mycket bra roof top pool med sol hela dagen , extremt stora rena rum. Läget är lite off men det beror på vad man söker. Bra drag i baren/poolen tors/fre/lör samt nattklubb med mycket folk ( Ryskt tema...) Ok frukost som hade basmaten. ett helt OK hotell med mycket valuta för pengarna!

Great hotel. Great staff. Great management. Great service. Great visit. Great breakfast at level 7. Great room service. Great food. Great beds. Great bathtubs. Definitely 5 star hotel!! If you are thinking to spend time on the pool it is though important to check so that the pool is not due to any maintenance during your stay - before booking. And if you have a connecting room, please check so that the door to the neighbours are isolated. Otherwise you will hear everything even if the neighbours wisper. We will definitely come back to this hotel ner year. Very pleased with the management. If we hade something to say they listned. If we wanted something to be fixed the fixed it. Thanks for that! Nice room but weird there wasn’t a shower. Went to the bar downstairs and they didn’t allow me to use my discount from the VIP perk. Breakfast was ok, buffet dinner was average at best. Overall was good value for money with the highlight being the room and rooftop pool.
