Highly recommended
I have stayed in many different hotels in Dubai but this was the best so far! Love the atmosphere! The first place ever that actually feels genuine! The staff was amazing! The service outstanding! Just loved every second of my stay. Thank you!

Allt var bra. Dock fastnade vi i hissen två gånger men blev kompenserade för det. Städningen var överdriven, upp till tre gånger per dag. Sista kvällen kom dom och ville städa rummet 22.00 på kvällen.

resan till hotell inte bra med sk taxi den va inte riktig och dem lurade mig på betalning . betalade 350 istället för ca 40 . sedan va det bra . är mycket nöjd med kvalitet och fullständiga service. mycket att se på eget hand .

Utmärkt läge och service
We had to change plane in Dubai and decided to make a stop over for a couple of days. The hotel is within walking distance from the Dubai Mall. The rooms was perfect with a splendid view of the Burj Kalifa. We used the pool area twice. It was very nice although rather small given the size of the hotel. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and gave us great service. The free Wifi had good connection.

Kanonbra hotell mitt i downtown.
Grymt nöjd. Riktigt bra rent och lyxigt hotell. Låg väldigt bra till i downtown.

Bra hotel ligger nära Dubai mall men är inte värt priset. Det är för dyrt och man kan få bättre i Dubai för samma pengar.

Fantastiskt hotell!
Mycket fint och fräscht hotell med klockrent läge nära Dubai mall. Otrolig service överallt! Från poolkillen som breder ut handduken på solsängen åt dig till concierge servicen som jagar rätt på bra restauranger runt fontänen som har ett ledigt bord att boka. Första natten fick vi rum med dubbelsäng istället för enkelsängar. Otroligt sköna sängar, förresten. Vi fick byta rum till andra natten och misstaget kompenserades genom att de bjöd på frukosten alla tre dagarna. Och vilken frukost det var! Jag har aldrig sett något liknande. De hade en äggkille, bara en sån sak! Hans jobb var att steka omelett och liknande enligt gästernas önskemål. Ett helt fantastiskt hotell helt enkelt! Det enda man bör vara medveten om är att standardrummen är lite originellt utformade. Handfatet och badkaret är typ mitt i rummet. Toaletten och duschen är i typ kurer av frostat glas så där kan man stänga om sig, men det är fortfarande inte jätteprivat. Är man en väldigt privat person så kanske detta inte passar.

Non touristy hotel. Locals at bars and restaurants nearby. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Easy to get to mall but still felt secluded. Courtyard restaurant was amazing although very large portions. Hotel was lovely and would definitely stay again.

Top location, a 5 minute walk to the Dubai Fountain and Mall. This is fantastic area to stay - busy, friendly, very upmarket and at night the buildings and trees and just about anything else is festooned with lights. A spectacle. Gorgeous hotel, room a good size. Good gym and excellent staff at the pool - complimentary bottle of water is a nice touch. Would always come back.

One of the best hotels around Dubai Mall area. Excellent location, very good rooms, and so friendly and helpful staff. The only downside is that the bed mattress is too soft.

A Great Stay!
I stayed here for 2 nights and it was a wonderful stay. It is in a great location to walk to the Burj Khalifa and neighboring mall and restaurants. We ate at the restaurant once for dinner and ordered room service for breakfast once. Both were great. I was impressed with the customer service, location, and quality for the price. I appreciated the cookies left in our room for Christmas too. A nice touch!

Terrible hotel billing experience which has not been resolved after we checked out 5 days ago! The hotel charged my credit card again for AED9,265 with no apparent reason. We have emailed them asking for an explanation but still no reply! All the pre-authorization charges on my card are still pending as well. They promised to email the complete hotel invoices for our 7 rooms but still no action till today!

This hotel is all about location, location and location. But I wish they also pay more attention to updating the rooms. Get rid of the old towels. Add the essential amenities to bathrooms. Changes old furniture and outdated bed sides and tables.

Beautiful hotel
We were extremely happy with our hotel. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown, beautiful street, and close to everything. Dubai mall is a few minutes walk. The surrounding is very clean and safe. Highly recommend this hotel.

Too expensive for its service & cleanliness level
I used to love this hotel especially for its great location and its proximity to so many nice places. Unfortunately, this is the only good thing about it now, as the hotel cleanliness has become so terrible. I spotted bedbug bites on my arms after staying there, however, i didn't see them on the hotel bed. Also, their housekeeping's cleaning practices are very dirty and unhealthy. I saw them clean the bathroom floors with our face towels. Also many times, they don't replace the towels although it have been thrown on the ground.
