The S Hotel
It a good hotel in Al Barsha, the staff i s helpful and great. Breakfast could have been better. The hotel is close to all and in the same time outside of the city pulse easy to reach all popular destinations with taxi, (can be a little hard to find though).

The Hotel S
Its a great hotel with amazing and helpful staff! Close to all but in the same time in a quiet area! A small shopping center is 2 minutes walk from the hotel!

Très bel hôtel malgré les commentaires ! Nous avions un soucis de frigo qui ne se refroidissait pas, après une demande, nous avons reçu un nouveau frigo 10 minutes après ! Très facile d’accès si vous avez une voiture, parking grand Hôtel très propre, personnel très gentil. Quartier très calme et très très propre ! Il y a un carrefour et quelques petits restaurants à même pas 5 minutes à pied, et 2 supermarchés en face de l’hôtel Il y a une taxe à payer sur place (j’ai payé 30€ pour 3 personnes pour 9 nuits) Si je dois trouver un inconvénient, c’est qu’il n’y a pas accès de transat à la piscine

It’s a secluded place. Far from everything. You’ll need a taxi to go get food or anything that you might need.

Great property overall for a good price. The window didn't open so we couldn't change the air in the room resulting in a musty smell. Also there was the smell of smoke in the room coming from somewhere and we couldn't get it out. Bathroom in our room needed to be fixed up a bit too.

My home away from home
Upon check in the lady was rude but I didn't make that my initial decision about this hotel. For starters it is a beautiful hotel and QUIET which is what I was looking for. The room was very comfortable and I felt absolutely SAFE. The convenience of the shuttle was awesome so I had access to the beach,mall, and a few other places free of charge. Any issues we had were fixed immediately. The breakfast was good it had a lot of variety. I did go to the night buffet and it was good. Room swevixw is 24 hours and reasonably priced as well THE S BURGER is a must try. I have found my place that when I come back to Dubai it was nice and so comfortable. It's family friendly as well.

A very good hotel located in a central area of Dubai makes getting to the main tourist attractions very easy. I would highly recommend it as the staff were very friendly too and rooms were clean, quiet and spacious.

Das Badezimmer war der Horror. Der Wasserhahn war zu weit nicht direkt über das Waschbecken positioniert sodass jedesmal wenn ich das den Wasserhahn benutzte was Wasser am Waschbecken entlang lief und der gesamte Boden nass war. Auch nach einer Beschwerde hat sich nichts getan. Teppichboden verranzt. Und ein festsitzender penetrante Geruch war im Raum. Im Großen und Ganzen empfehle ich dieses Hotel nicht weiter. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Auch die Umgebung ist abgelegen. Man muss stehts Fahrten mit Taxi auf sich nehmen.

Stay was not enjoyable at all, paid and booked a queen room and was given a king room which had no bath, called reception and was told they would sort this for me, to which I didn't hear back. I then called and asked for cutlery as there was none in the room, was told it would be sent up shortly to which it wasn't, called back 30 mins later and was told the same again, once again never received. The bathroom was unhygienic with at least half a dozen of flies which made me sick. The staff also wouldn't let a food delivery driver up to my room even though I explained I was just out the shower and have a medical issue.

Its a great hotel, I have been in other 5 stars before. I can not find big difference between both. However it all comes to the hotel management to maintain this level. May be they need to pay attention to maintenance level. Anyhow we enjoyed the stay and plan to be there again

The hotel was very nice and the price you could not beat. Breakfast was great for a small fee. The staff is friendly for the most part (Cleaners, Dinning Area, and Restaurant Staff). Front desk workers need training in customer service, waited to be check in with no line at the front and the few interactions with the front desk workers made me feel like I wasn't welcomed in the hotel.

No suite available as my reservation
When I arrived the front desck manager informed me that there is no suite available as my reservation. He give give me two choices either I cancel the resevation with a full refund or i the hotel will provide a free buffet dinner. Whwn i saw the dinner how bad it was, i just settled with a normal room without any perks from the hote.
