We accidentally found a fly in our Icetea that my son drank. But the staff was nice and change the whole jar and the reception was nice also after I told them

Bra läge, trevlig personal och god frukost
Bra läge, trevlig personal och god frukost. Hotellet var rent och snyggt. Det hade ett bra läge om man vill promenera runt i staden. Rummen var rymliga och fina. De hade alla bekvämligheter man kunde önska. Jag åker gärna tillbaka igen. Det enda negativa var att det byggdes väldigt mycket runt hotellet så vissa gator var fyllda med skräp och svårt att ta sig runt. Men det kan man inte lasta hotellet för.

Rent och rymligt rum. Saknade ett kylskåp. Ok läge. Receptionspersonalen var mest sysselsatta med att prata i telefonen och verkade måttligt intresserade av fysiska gäster.

Maybe better next time. The potential is there
I would have given this hotel a much better review if I was not awoken by the construction next doors (or if I had stayed in a room on the other side). I also felt that the service teams in the restaurants were a bit unprofessional. Other than that, it's a nice a comfy place with good rooms.

Nice post-modern hotell with warm family atmosphere with a downtown location. Nice rooms with most comfortabe beds guarrantie you sleep like a log. A hotell to returen to.

Very clean and airy hotel. Great location right beside the Bord Gais Theatre. 20/25 stroll to Dublin’s main shopping areas. No on site parking, but if you park at the Q-Park underground Carpark on Great Canal Street, the Reception staff will give you a discount card, reducing one day’s parking from a very steep €55 to a much lower price of just €18. Also, great choice of breakfast, from cereals to continental and full cooked breakfast. Would have no hesitation to recommend!

Only stayed one night, so didn't see much of the hotel. But it was fine. Room was a bit dated and could do with modernising (and it was far too warm!), but otherwise it was fine.

Hotel was nice, convenient for theatre and walking distance to town. Spa was a bit of a let down, locals using for swimming lessons and not available at weeiin the evenings.

We arrived back at the hotel after attending an event nearby upon our return we decided to have a drink in the bar but were told it was closed which was fine, we were directed to a bar upstairs for residents but the barperson was in my opinion was very inexperienced and was on his own. There was quite a few people wanting to be served and some were understandably get annoyed with the slow service. The manager on at the time was quite abrupt in his manner and the way he spoke to the point of saying if people wanted to go elsewhere to just go. I was shocked by this and i have never seen anything like that before ,it spoiled the end of the evening somewhat as we were with some friends and only wanted to have a nightcap.

Our stay was great. The staff was really nice and helpful with recommendations. We noticed a few cleaning issues but overall great. Highly suggest getting your eggs made to order for breakfast. They were so much better. When you're in the area definitely walk to Carved for lunch. The sandwiches were AMAZING! The only real complaint was regarding the hot tub. We wanted to relax and soothe our sore bodies. The chlorine and bubbles were both very strong. I had to hold on to not float all around the hot tub. The chlorine in the steam bothered out eyes so much just sitting in there. Please note to swim you need a swim cap.

A great stay in this hotel. Facilities included were excellent. Use of impressive leisure facilities. Used the bar and restaurant. Breakfast was lovely. Helpful reception staff. We checked in early as room available and the hotel staff accommodated our bags before picking up before we left Dublin. Scenic surroundings. Great location by the quayside and theatre and museums and attractions. Would stay here again if returning to Dublin 👏
