Bra lägenhet för oss två vuxna.
Du bor i ett äldre välskött hög beläget hus med trädgård. Du kommer nära det lokala kroatiska livet och kan känna dig hemma i lägenhet och trädgård. Räkna med att gå i trappor. Utanför i närheten finns välfungerande bussar, kiosker, affärer, restauranger och utflyktsbåtar. Du kan promenera utmed havet till fina badstränder med klart vatten. Om du vill kan du få tips av värdfamiljen.

Prisvärt!
Vi är mycket nöjda med med boendet. Standarden var ungefär som vi tänkt oss, inte mycket att klaga på. Läget är mycket bra med gångavstånd till fina badplatser och enkelt att ta buss till old town. Rekommenderar det här prisvärda boendet!

We have just finished our stay at Orka Apartments and felt so compelled to write a review to let everyone know about this little gem of a property. When we arrived, we were greeted by a lovely lady (I forgot her name but know she is not the usual host) who allowed us to check in early and showed us around. We stayed in Apartment 5 which is located across from the marina at the front of the property. A lovely apartment with everything you might need and more! A few steps and you are at the pool area. The pool was a big highlight of this property. The surrounding garden areas were also so lovely and you are encouraged to enjoy them. The property is easy to access from the Gruz bus station. We took an Uber as we had luggage however is very walkable if you don’t have many bags. Beautiful views of the marina were amazing as we love to yacht and boat spot. The street can be noisy but we expected this and never disturbed us. Lovely restaurants surrounded the property and easy access to Dubrovnik old town by bus, taxi/uber or on a cooler day, walking. Will definitely be coming back here the next time we are in Dubrovnik.

Ok place, needs some (a lot of) love
We stayed here for a few nights, the place is easy to find just across the ferry docks (20min walk). This place has everything to be a cool, and well located site. Personally, the apartment felt way too basic, and poorly maintained. The furniture looks from the 70s, and the dishes and cutlery were basic and unmatched. I would probably not stay here again unless the units receive and updated makeover

Great Stay
Had a great stay at Orka Apartments. Apartment was basic but had everythimg we needed. Pool was absolutely lovely and hardly anyone about so like having your own pool. Area was nice and easy walk to bars and restaurants and beach and 10 minute bus ride into Old Town Dubrovnik from bus stop at top of the road we were staying. Very nice welcome by friendly host but then left to our own devices which we loved. Absolutely lovely city and we had a fantastic holiday. Also went on a diving day trip and the boat we caught was in the marina by the apartment so really handy aswell.

A lovely facility. However, The bed was so tight fitted, it had about a foot between the bed and walls making it difficult to get in and out of bed. The pool area was beautiful, but unheated making it way to cold to use. A heater would make the facility more attractive. The host was very friendly and there was a very nice restaurant onsite with options a short walk away. Unfortunately there was big construction going on and noise started early. There is improvements that will take a year I’d guess. The apartment sits right on a marina street and people walk by talking till late. Bus service was a 10 min walk.

Great spot to enjoy Dubrovnik
Just got back from a weeks stay and the place and the people were great. Little bit of work going on around but told that should finish soon. Close for Old City - we walked but bus stop is close. Lapad and bars etc abiut 5 mins walk. Dubrovnik was quiet generally but that will change i am sure. Apartment was number 3 over looking the harbour. Pool area clean and tidy - didnt risk thwe water as bit too cold at moment! A light bulb went during our stay but was quickly fixed. No complaints about our stay.

Our stay was great. Host was very accommodating. Greeted us on arrival, showed us around and made us feel very welcome. The restaurant attached is also wonderful. Pool and other amenities great.

A lovely place to stay
This is a lovely place. We stayed in the main house so not modern but we had everything you could want of a studio apartment. The terraced garden views and the pool area are amazing. Pool area is brand new and a great place to cool off and relax after visiting the sights. It’s a bus ride or half-hour walk to Dubrovnik old town, but beaches, quayside and restaurants all close at hand. The owners also run a high-end restaurant on site if you don't want to walk far. Would come back in a heart beat. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Une propriété et ses propriétaires au dessus des normales. Accueillants et très à l'écoute des locataires. Les petits soucis locatifs sont réglés sans attente dans un délai parfaitement raisonnable. Logements, comme on aimerait avoir en France. Équipements conformes au descriptif. La piscine est d'une propreté remarquable, transats (18) et serviettes fournies pour le bien être des hôtes. Le linge de maison est régulièrement remplacé, et le ménage effectué par le personnel. Vraiment une villégiature à conseiller. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour du 28/09 au 05/10/19.

Top apartment in an Ideal location.
Ideal apartment located in lapad. Be aware it can be noisy from the road traffic as the windows are only single glazed. The pool area at the top for use for the guests is beautiful.

Lovely apartment with stunning views.
I stayed for 4 days at this lovely apartment with stunning views over Gruz Harbour.It had all the expected amenities including a fridge, 2 ring hob and a separate lounge/dining room with tv. The grounds have a very nice pool and Jacuzzi that have recently been installed, this has ample sunbeds, parasols and towels so no problem with finding a space. The owner Anamarija was most charming and welcoming and always around if any help or advice needed. I shall certainly be staying again on my next visit to Dubrovnik!

Great location! Host, Anamarija, was very helpful. Showed us to our great room with very comfortable bedding, great AC, and a great bathroom and shower. The view of the marina is great! She recommended great restaurants and local attractions and the best ways to experience them. The complex has a beautiful pool and a coffee shop and restaurant right downstairs. The bus stops right in front for the old town and walking distance to Lapad and all the bars, restaurants, and attractions there. Looking forward to our next stay here!!

Awesome private pool and great location.
Really nice and clean place, pool area was new and the best Part of our stay. Easy to walk around Lapad and bus close by to take to old town. Very helpful and welcoming staff! Only things that bothered were noises from the street side late at night (cars and busses going and some yacht had a party outside of our room) and that "kitchen" was small and not too useful but for a few nights stay it was ok.

I can highly recommend staying at Orka Apartments. We stayed in a ground floor studio. It was clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. Annemarie and her mother-in-law Helene are very helpful and on hand to deal with any queries. There is a new pool which is fantastic. The apartments are in a great location for a ten minute bus ride into the old town. There are restaurants and a beach about a ten minute walk from the apartments. We were very impressed.

We were made really welcome by the hosts. They had some useful tips for exploring the area and were available should you need help. The apartment was very clean and a great new swimming pool opened whilst we were there.The apartment is peaceful yet close to good restaurants and well placed for buses to the old town or ferries to the islands.Nice walks around the peninsulas too.

The apartments are in a super location on the marina front. Its 15 mins walk to the main beach and 40 mins walk or a 10min bus ride in to the Old City. The standard of the apartment and its amenities is very good. Anne- Marija and her family are very welcoming and helpful. Their restaurant is also worth a visit...the food and service are excellent. We had a great week and would definitely recommend Orka apps.
