Thank you for your review Christine, however it is very harsh the house is certainly not a disaster zone or you would not have stayed there I have spoken to you in regards to the cleaning and you were supposed to send photos so I could verify it The cleaner had been that day and had forgotten to check the oven, but the house was clean otherwise There is no furniture falling apart and The blinds have a few vertical blades broken from the where guests children have damaged them but they still function. In regard to the dogs, you wanted to have three dogs stay inside We don’t allow this, and I made exceptions for you to be able to bring the three dogs inside so they could sleep in the laundry It is not our policy to have dogs on the carpets, bedrooms or furniture So we don’t allow them inside and we only take outside dogs I went out of my way to accommodate you to bring your three dogs, even though it is not our preference There were no charges for your 3 dogs where I could have charged a dog bond ! so a bit of appreciation for allowing your 3 dogs would have been nice rather than unnecessary criticism

Hi Nicole Thankyou for your review much appreciated. I am glad you ladies had a lovely time and all loved the house. In regards to the wifi, it does state on your booking we dont have wifi. Being in the country area where we are with limited service to the main phone carriers we dont have a modem or phone line either to enable wifi. So we do advise our customers in advance. Most people these days do have their own wifi on mobile plans. We hope you can come back some other time to enjoy our beautiful property and you would certainly be welcome regards Mountain Park
