Dear Julia, Kindly note that our night shift staff did assist you by reporting the noise complaint to security who addressed this with the resident. We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints and the area is generally very peaceful. You took it upon yourself to check out after 1 night, despite the fact that there was a resolution. The area is also one of the safest in Durban. Our reservations team have been in communication with you regarding a refund which has also been processed via Expedia. It is disappointing that you have chosen to manipulate the review system by leaving a negative review, regardless of the fact that our team assisted you.

The promenade will thankfully be finished in the next 3 weeks. it is a massive project for the city so we are all excited to see this world class facility open. 3. Apologies it should not have taken that long for the toilet to be fixed 3. We are working on the balcony chairs 4.
