Very good service by reception. More professional than usual. When I 3 hours after checkin ordered a taxi they remembered my name and room number.

very good airport hotel. great breakfast and wifi. just stayed there a couple of hours for sleeping. only bad thing is that airport shuttle do not run all the time. latest one leaves around 10.45 from the airport and shuttle do not go during weekends. but a bus to the airport is close to the hotel so we took that instead of shuttle so it was okay. its way to far to walk to the airport. was like 15 min drive from airport.

Hotel nära Dussledorf flughafen
Hotel is located at an area in a very little town outside of Dusseldorf, here you can not find out a coffee shop and other facilities, except a supermarket downstairs. The hotel room is very small, but the windows is very big, when you open the windows , it has taken a lot of space in the room, I hurt myself several time by this big windows during the time I sitting the chair beside of the windows. The bed is very hard, and it seems not so clean, the air condition is not working good when outside is 27 degree, outside of the windows is the supermarkets logistic transport center for goods loading and garbage collection place . Ask my feeling to this hotel ? My head has been hurt several time by this big windows! secondly I could not sleep good in the evening, and in the morning (3 reasons: 1. hard bed, 2. unclean bed, 3. not working air-condition), I could hear the supermarkets logistic personal are doing their work in a very early morning when the windows is open....

Internet needs to be improved! Important for business travelers. The free internet was very slow, the premium not much better and a voucher for the premium internet is only valid for one device... This was maybe OK 10-15 years ago, but nowadays a good internet access should be included in the room rate! Improve and speed up the check-out process, now this takes too long time.

Can a male couple share a room in 2017?
Avoid this hotel. Arrogant and unfriendly staffmembers. We booked a double room with 2-pers bed. The receptionist took for granted that we wanted two separate beds since we were men. When I went back to the receptionist, clarifying our sexual orientation and that we wanted what we have booked she arrogantly said whit a grin on her face "We can help you to cange room - where is your FRIEND now, waiting in the other room?" Seriously - is this Germany 2017? Further - the hotel is NOT situtated close to the airport and they only provide shuttleservice mon-fri (morning + evening). Its a joke that they are promoting themselves as an "airport-hotel. Further the rooms are dirrty and have ugly dirrty carpets with dark stains. But at this point we just wanted to get some sleep and were too angry to change room one more time. We didnt feel welcome at all and I would like to recomend everyone - homosexual or heterosexual - to choose a betrer hotel alternative. If its a stop over in Düsseldorf - choose a hotel situated closer to the airport.

Allt var jättebra, förutom att hotellfrukosten var väldigt dyr. Det var ju väldigt billigt att äta ute, och vi sov två nätter på hotell i Dortmund där kostade frukosten för oss tre 350 euro för båda dagarna. Hos er kostade en hotellfrukost för oss tre 630 euro.
