“This hotel is Wonderful! Carol (assistant manager, I think) at the front desk is beyond good, she goes the extra mile!! We had late flights out of Anchorage, so she stored ALL of our luggage in the office, so we didn't have to lug it with us. She smiles all the time and is very helpful with every question.
