Had a wonderful stay here. Rosalind and Michael were very gracious hosts and the grounds were spectacular from the heated swimming pool to the artsy decor and gorgeous landscaping, gardens and ponds. Everywhere we went, there was always something new to see and enjoy. Easy access and close proximity to private beach. Amazing breakfast served by great staff, can’t say enough about this hidden gem. Would highly recommend!!

Unique place to stay in East Hampton
We loved staying at this unique bed and breakfast. The accommodations were immaculate. Breakfast was like eating at a great restaurant with a view of the pool and the beautiful gardens with visiting turtles. There are only 4 guest rooms in the house. Ours had a fireplace and private balcony which was well worth the extra dollars. There is another garden area to explore as well. Short drive to shopping and dining. Great hosts. Best part was a tour of the owners art studios.

Loved all the art work around the house and ended up buying two from the artist Rosalind herself as an investment to help create an atmosphere of joyful colors in our own home of two toddlers. Grounds and garden were beautiful and well maintained. Staff was great cleaning our rooms each day and breakfast was amazing. Owners and hosts Michael and Rosalind really made our stay special. Thank you!

The art house was a unique and wonderful revelation. The hosts, michael and roz are artists. The house is an awesome museum and a very warm place to stay. The gardens are inspiring and beautiful. We recommend it as highly as possible. Martin zeldis and suzanne jager

A Delightful Oasis in the Hamptons
This place was a great find, and one we hope to return to. Everything about it was fascinating and comfortable. Michael and Roselind were terrific hosts, friendly and thoughtful. The place is kept spotless and the food delicious by a dedicated staff. It's close enough to everything, without being in the middle of Hamptons silliness.

Honestly it was REALLY cute and inviting, just NOT as advertised. Definitely more of a bed and breakfast than anything else. Had a great time, but it’s the couples home so just be prepared for THAT vs privacy.

Wow! We are so sorry you feel that you did not have privacy. A Bed & Breakfast is by definition an owner occupied home and in our 12,000 foot villa, no one has ever complained about privacy. We, as owners who have been doing this for 12 years, have intense respect for our guests and we can't imagine that anyone feels they weren't private.The rooms are separated from each other and the only communal interaction is, if guests wish it, when they are in communal spaces. I see by your review you want to remain anonymous, so I'm thinking if you wanted to be, not seen at all, a large, more anonymous hotel would have been a better choice for you. I am sad you felt you had to give us a bad review for something that we cannot fathom. We wish you would have mentioned your concerns while you were here.

This property left us in awe. Beauty and style everywhere. Breataking and very pristine and just couldl ive here it was so pretty! Private Paradise. Food for breakfast was 5 Star- Michael and Rosaline were so sweet and the very best hosts.

What a wonderful surprise! Never stayed at a bed & breakfast before but we wanted a place we would feel relatively safe given the pandemic. It was not only clean but it was exceptional! Can't say enough about the owners! They were exceptional artists who readily shared not only their home but allowed us to see their studios. This was an amazing find!

We just returned home from this property. It was fabulous. The owners are amazing! Our room was lovely, the breakfast was BEYOND delicious and the whole place has a zen like quality. Another bonus is that there are snacks left for their guests all day. Highly recommend!

Michael and Rosalinde were wonderful and the property is beautiful. We are two sisters who spent a girls night there, and it was perfect. When we arrived we got a tour of the expansive property and all the amenities. There is beautiful and significant art throughout as well. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast is outstanding. Looking forward to our next trip there!

What a beautiful place this is. Had a wonderful time staying two nights. Breakfast was exceptional and very friendly staff. Beautifully maintained garden and pool area. So great too, owners, both artists, gave a us personal tour through their art works. Definitely be back there someday.

The property was amazing but the staff was not very friendly and lazy. I noticed the trash in my bathroom was not emptied for me, the new guest. Rooms were very lightly cleaned, by the comforter thrown over the sheets. Decorative pillows were not put back on the bed. They remained where I left them. The pool towel bin was overflowing with used towels. We asked for the hot tub to be turned on, when we went out to use it, the staff were in the hot tub. It made for an uncomfortable experience. The property is amazing, but a more attentive and friendly staff would have turned it into a magical experience.

First visit to East Hampton
Owners couldn’t be any more gracious. Amazing breakfast and the house is gorgeous. Borrowed a bike to spend some time on the bay beach which is only a few mins ride from there.

Nice artist-infused retreat a nestled between East Hampton town and Sag Harbor, a stone's throw to the shoreline and beach. Not just like any other B & B, this is a home, a European retreat, a small inn. You walk in feeling like it's your home, with all the peaceful amenities. Two gardens, a pool, a gym that's better equipped than most hotels. Perfect place to unwind. We will return.

The warmth and friendliness of our hosts and staff were very inviting. The artwork everywhere you looked and the grounds made us feel like we were privy to a museum and botanical garden all at once. The livingroom and fireplace were just what we needed after a long drive and great day spent in the Hamptons. A peaceful walk to the beach and marina allowed us to enjoy the beautiful trees, birds, and even some deer. A well-stocked butlers kitchen included cappuccinos and treats. :) Linens were exceptional. Towel warmer a treat. Michael and Rosalyn thought of everything. We came early May so outdoor pool wasn’t ready understandably. This inn is exceptional.

This place was picture perfect in every way ! The breakfast made my boyfriend and I feel like a king and queen with made to order personal chefs ! We upgraded to the master suite last minute which they kindly allowed and I have to say it was one of the best rooms with the best amenities we have ever stayed in! From the hot tub, to the sauna/shower, the cozy fireplace and the sonos speaker surround sound with unlimited Spotify it was the perfect romantic getaway weekend to celebrate my boyfriends birthday . The property manager was also extemeky kind and knowledgeable about the area ! Highly recommended !
