“This was our first booking through VRBO and what a brilliant find this apartment is. It was just perfect for our stay in lovely Seaford. Parking is much easier (and cheaper) than we thought and with buses and trains available, you can choose how you tour around the area. We will definitely return as there is so much to see and do close by. Jason was an absolute gem of a host, going above and beyond, ensuring we had a most comfortable stay.”

“We came here to see a concert of Johnny Marr at Brigthon Dome that weekend and took a trip to the Seven Sisters Country Park next day. Apart from the fact that the apartment is very nicely equipped and offers a beautiful view, the location cannot be beaten. Within 10 minutes you can walk to the beach, the Palace Pier, the Brighton Dome and many shops and restaurants. We'd love to come back. Lutz and Michaela”

“The flat is a nice place. Directly to the sea (2 Minutes from the Beach). My partner found the time there so beautiful that she left one of her healing stones in the apartment as a surprise and as a small lucky charm out of gratitude. The weather was great er had a very good time.”

“The flat was in a great location and Martyn the host was very helpful. It’s a large, light and airy space with 2 good sized bedrooms and a huge lounge/diner (though we tended to eat in the kitchen). The decor is very neutral & everywhere is very clean. We would definitely stay again.”

“Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier...

“Small but perfectly formed. Great central location. We parked overnight in the car park near the train station , which was a five minute walk from the property. Clean and comfortable for the two of us. Thank you. ”

“Convenient and comfortable Studio flat in a central part of Brighton, by The Lanes. Only problem was the five flights of steep stairs to the flat, hard for an 80+ year old! Next door to an excellent Whisky boutique.”
