The room was also spacious and comfortable. I also have to mention that I loved the breakfasts there and the people serving the breakfast were also very polite. Can't wait to be back! ”

“I wasnt unhappy with the hotel, just maybe should have upgraded my hotel. But for what I paid I have no complaints, its not a high end place. Pros: location, clean and price Cons: very basic, was a bit stuffy in the rooms, not all of the rooms had windows. Room 109 had freaking awesome windows but they were single pane and blocked no sound from the street. FYI shared bathrooms were fine and clean. ”

“We stayed for 6 nights. Most people just stay for one or two nights, either leaving or entering Ecuador. But we would recommend at least 4 nights, the rural surroundings are very nice , framed by the Andes. In the back yard there's a breathtaking canyon and the bird life is rich, including hummingbirds, eagles etc. On Saturdays there's a wonderful local market in a near by little village. Carlos the manager (speaks really good English) was great, helped us a lot with everything from practising...
