I am pleased that you chose to stay at the hotel while traveling for business in Egham and that you found the room OK, the ESPA products, amenities and the free water good. I am, however, sorry that you found the room smelled of mould coming from the bathroom and air-conditioning. I can assure you our bathrooms are cleaned thoroughly daily and the air –conditioning units are maintained regularly to ensure they are in good condition and in full operating order. We are consistently investing in the physical product of the hotel and have a rolling program of refurbishments to the public areas and bedrooms.
