Excellent location, very close to the main street in El Calafate. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. Recommended!

We stayed here for one night before tour as we could knock it in the hotel we had to meet at which was only down the block. The room was fine. The staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was sufficient.

Un hôtel à a deux pas de la rue principale et au calme. Parking dans la cour intérieure en sécurité. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner complet. Nous reviendrons!

Great, clean, livin big in El Calfate
Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great bathroom/water pressure in the shower, very spacious, kind staff, great breakfast to get you fueled up for all your adventures. Not worth saving money to stay at more budget places because this place really isn’t that much more but offers so much better amenities you want after a long day of hiking.

Bizarrely calls itself a sustainable hotel. It's so sustainable that 'sustainable' is printed on the single use plastic items. Room is nice and big, but soundproofing is poor. Competent, professional staff. Wifi not great. Breakfast is poor for a hotel of this size.

Unexpectedly great stay in this hotel
I very much enjoyed my stay at hotel Kosten Aike in El Calafate. The hotel is a big lodge with nice decor, very friendly staff and nice clean room. I would’ve loved to stay longer if I knew how nice the hotel is. I like the large room with large bed. Lots of toiletries which was a plus in Patagonia, comparing to the other places I had stayed prior to this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and great pastries. The gift shop at the hotel is fantastic!! Their prices are better than the stores in El Calafate!!

Stylish Stay
Room was very stylish with unique textile usage. Spacious, good wifi even though I was at the end of a hallway (which often means you're out of the coverage area. Breakfast buffet had lots of choice. Manicured grounds. Excellent location yet quiet. One of the better hotels in Calafate

This is a great property in "downtown" El Calafate right by all the shopping and restaurants. We only stayed for 1 night before we flew out of El Calafate, but the staff were very friendly, the room was just what we needed, and the breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Cosy and comfortable stay
We enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights. It's in a great location not far from the main street and also the nature reserve. The service was really great but the food wasn't very high quality so a little disappointing. Room was spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed the games room too!

Very nice hotel
Lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and very nice overlooking the rear courtyard. Great breakfast with more options than other hotels we stayed at in Argentina.

Classic hotel right in centre of town
The hotel is conveniently located at a stone's throw from the centre of town, and right enroute to Perito Moreno glacier. The hotel offers free car parking onsite, and can be parked on the street without issues if necessary. The breakfast is varied in it's options, and is filling. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and shared information about available tours, directions to nearby sights, and the best eateries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have the El Calafate experience.

Todo muy bien, salvo que al hacer el check-out, fui sorprendido con una tarifa 30% más elevada de lo que Uds. me habían informado. Pude defender mi posición gracias a un Mail de Uds. Ojalá sólo sea excepcional, pero....no debiera susceder. Gracias.
