Everything was broken, old and had water damage everywhere where. Carpet and walls looked very dirty. No shampoo and conditioner or extra toilet paper, some lights didn’t work. Even vending machine didn’t work but charged my debit card. Nobody answered phones in two days and phone in room was broken.

Make sure the everything within the rooms is functional, our room had the shower faucet lose and it was licking water, other ting, please do not offer your hotel as breakfast included, having waffles and some milk nor even coffee nor oatmeal, cereals, fruits, that is not breakfast

I did not like that the bedsheets were dirty. They had not cleaned the 2 rooms we booked. Also, the restroom seemed dirty and they did not have shampoo or soap in the dispensers. The noise in the hotel was horrible. You could hear children running in the floor above us. We could also hear people talking in the hallway at night. I also thought that it was very unprofessional that the lady from the front desk went knocking twice after midnight asking us how we rented the rooms. I explained nicely the first time even after they had waken us up at 2 a.m. in the morning, that we booked it through Expedia. The lady from the front desk kept insisting that the two rooms that they had given us earlier that day belonged to somebody else. She wanted to know who gave us the rooms. I explained that a young man in reception was the one that gave us the rooms. She left and then came back 40 minutes later knocking asking us the same question. I repeated myself that we had the rooms already paid through Expedia and that a young man in reception was the one that gave us those room. After the lady kept insisting that she didn't know why we had the rooms since they belonged to somebody else, she finally left and we were able to go to sleep. It was a horrible experience.

El peor hotel que he visitado, no hay nada en el desayuno que se supone que incluye, la tv no tiene control remoto pedimos uno y no funcionó, el A/C de la habitación no enfriaba, el frigobar no funcionaba, las toallas y sábanas olían mal, como las lavaran solo con agua o ni eso. Hotel muy descuidado, sin personal suficiente.

El primer día nos quedamos en una habitación la cual se notaba que no la habían limpiado, había vellos del huésped anterior en el lavabo, envases de shampoo usados. Lo comentamos en recepción y muy amablemente nos cambiaron de habitación, la verdad la atención que nos dieron para solucionar fue muy buena. Nos fuimos agradecidos con ellos por intentar solucionar un problema en grupo El segundo día que nos quedamos en otra habitación el frigobar hacía muchísimo ruido sin embargo la habitación se veia mucho más limpia aunque la mañana siguiente nos percatamos que había un pañal sucio debajo de la cama lo cual nos hace creer que el personal de limpieza es deficiente en su trabajo. Las luces de los pasillos parpadean y los plafones el mobiliario y los muros se ven descuidados

Room was clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast is non existent. They said they ran out if butter at 8:30 am. There was one old sad orange, old bagels and cereal that was crushed to powder pretty much. Staff was friendly. Not bad for the price except breakfast

The property was clean and the staff as helpful as they could be. The physical systems of the hotel are terrible. 1. It took 3 tries before we could get a key card to work. 2. The phone in the room did not work (so I had to go to the front desk with the TV remote problem) 3. There was no TV remote in the room - we tried 2 others and none worked. 4. I came down to breakfast at 0700 and there was very little left.

Overall good. Breakfast wish it was more varieties. But gets you filled up. Shower head was old and molded with built up water salt. Main lock was worked but you could see insure the room or the outside. Needed to be filled up and fixed. Elevator was rocky and did not acknowledge 3rd floor.

Not a great place to stay. Our reserved room was not available at check in so we were given the ADA unit. No one is ever at the front desk when needed. The shower hot water took about an hour to come up warm. The room ceiling lights did not work. The television channels take forever to change. The HVAC unit is really noisy and will not shut off on its own The lavatory sink stopper did not work. The cooridor carpeting was filthy.

Smells the minute you walk in to hotel, like wet carpet smell. Rooms have not been updated, old and broken including bathroom tile, bathroom doors don’t close. Paint on walls are peeling.

No recomiendo este hotel en ningún sentido, los colchones son durísimos y viejos amaneces más cansado de tu espalda, almohadas pequeñas súper incómodas, agua caliente dura 2 minutos literalmente, el desayuno es pésimo ni cereal hay y tienes que andar rogando al personal para que rellenen lo poco que ponen, pesimooo el desayuno
